Boss Bottled Elixir - spray fails
Received a 100ml Boss Elixer as a gift. The spray top has melted off. Wrote to Boss who ask that I go back to the store that I bought it from. Despite saying that I received it as a gift, each still said the same thing...to go back to the store. It seems that giving a Boss perfume as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt in case the hardware fails. Incidentally, the bottle is still intact, with the lid. I had 3/4of a bottle remaining when this happened. Depressing the broken pipe releases concentrated perfume on your fingers. Like the scent. Not sure about the service.

No professionalism from a store that sells high end clothes !! The Indian lady somaya who works here will call you at odd hours of the night asking to loan her money !!! Inconsiderate and unprofessional .

**** Hugo Boss at Edgars Secunda Mall
I bought a Hugo Boss The Scent - for her at Edgars Secunda mall on the 20th of November 2024. I tasted the perfum while shopping and decided to buy it for R2250, the smell hardly lasts 30minutes. I spray when leaving for work but when I get to work the smell is no longer there, it doesn’t last at all. I went back to Secunda mall Edgar’s to complain because I spent a lot of money on this perfume and it doesn’t last at all. I was told that they don’t exchange perfumes there’s nothing that they can assist me with. They call Tumi I don’t know what she does there but they said I must complain at Hugo Boss since it’s not their fault. I am so disappointed that I trusted Hugo Boss as a big brand and spent so much money on a perfume that lasts 30 minutes. I regret changing my brand, if you need a perfume look far from Hugo Boss and Edgars big brands that sells ****s.

Hi HUGO BOSS Here are the 4 times UPS has not delivered to my home It’s either been a post office Was either 15 minutes or 40 minutes away from my home? Or have not received at all All All the number 7283 2495 23rd Of the eighth 2024 Order number 7242 1181 08 06 24 Order number 7202 8696 25/02/2024 Order Number 71643601 23/12/2023 The first order I haven’t received the next three orders weren’t even delivered to my home. They were delivered to a newsagents or a post office complete joke when I’m supposed to be getting priority service. Can you make sure this is raised with a manager from Scott Bryant?

Terrible customer service
I am a regular customer at this store. I went in today aand purchased a T Shirt for my husband. No one assisted me. When I got to the cashier she ignored me. I received terrible service at this store. My purchase was placed in a huge store bag. They didn't even have proper sized bags or knowing that its Christmas there was no gift wrapping or appropriate packaging. I am really disappointed with the service.

Terrible customer service

Hugo Boss Menlyn - ZERO client service
Nonexistent client service Bought a shirt that needed tailoring. Arrived a day later than what was promised by the store to make sure the tailoring was finished. Nobody knew anything. The relevant sales lady was off. The manager was off, the person working could not get hold of anyone. Nobody knew where my shirt was that was already pain I requested a call from the manager to inform me of what was going on. Now a week later: Did I get a call - of course not. Did they follow up with me as client? Of course not. Another example where client service in South Africa such a rarity is.
