The manager was very rude to me on the 3rd September 2025. I had a 7.20am flight to kzn. I was late and had just 10mins before boarding so I quickly stopped at the lounge to grab a snack. I took 2 ****ins and 2 Danish pastries she told me to leave it back as I can't take the food out. I explained that I was in a hurry and my flight was about to start boarding. But she insisted, so I left the stuff back. The food is not free. We pay to eat at the lounge so why should I not be able to grab and go? I was not allowed to even take a wrap which is pre packed. Her attitude was terrible, people like her should not be tolerated.
Absolutely terrible experience from KFC Blue Hills. This is the second time that I ordered via Mr Delivery and my order was incorrect. The first time my order was incorrect not all my items was delivered. Today my order was incomplete again. And they did not close the mash and gravy thus opening up and messed up the entire order. The delivery guy took a photo of my order and took it to the store. I called KFC IN BLUE HILLS. The lady replaced my order but it was still incorrect. No mash and gravy that I paid separately for and the chicken was less. I asked for drumsticks and thighs and go terrible pieces. Second time now I give up. You guys need to up your service. I am very disappointed and 😡.
The lounge is clean, friendly staff. However the food is always the same in the local lounges. Need to change. I traveled a few times in April and June from OR Thambo to King Shaka snd Lanseria to King Shaka, ate the exact same food in all airports. Bidvest please improve your food offerings.
My husband was reffered to this hospital by our GP as he is suffering with chest pains. We arrived at the ER at 5.35pm. Was seen by triage at 5.59pm. It's 8.30pm. We are still waiting in the waiting room to see a doctor. Every time we asked the receptionist Thabo, he kept asking us to talk to the triage. We eventually left without being treated by the doctor. The receptionist threw our papers in the bin.
Very bad service and unreachable. I have placed an order on shein which was supposed to be delivered by Buffalo Logistics. They have tried once to deliver, however I was not advised of the delivery date and was unavailable to receive my order. I tried calling Buffalo logistics over 10 times, I got no response and was not assisted. To date I still have not received my order. I emailed their customer support, I didn't get any help. Fortunately I was refunded from Shein but I have lost out on my custom fees that I paid to Buffalo logistics.
I have purchased sandals at this store in December 2022, I used the sandals just a few times as we went into winter. I have noticed that the sandals is opening up at the soles, I took it back to the store with the receipt but was told they have a 6 month defective item policy. If I knew the sandal would open up within 6 months and is defective I wouldn't have purchased it. This was an expensive item but very bad quality. It is now the second time I have experienced this problem. I emailed the customer services, to date no one has gotten back to me, although a number of agents have read my email. Very bad service and very bad quality sandals.
Thank you outsurrance for the wonderful job from your guys that control the traffic when robots are out. The roads will definitely be a chaos without them. Thank you. God bless those ladies and gents for doing an amazing job.
hats off to discovery pothole patrol. We had pot holes on our road for over a year. Thank you to discovery pothole patrol for repairing the pot holes. Amazing job done.
Terrible service at mugg and bean carlswald. Food takes over 20 minutes. No one checks up on you to advise the status of your order. We walked out without getting our meals because of the poor service. This happened more than once. We complained but nothing is being done.
