Music too loud for conversation and they allow smoking that affects restaurant
They are absolutely useless with ZERO client service. They are excellent at lying, not answering your queries and keeping you on the line for more than 20 minutes twice in a row I ordered and paid for an Einhell cordless item This arrived incomplete and the price on the unit was R300 less than what I paid Since Monday I have engaged with them to only hear a series of lies. The manager this afternoon promised to phone me with a solution in 30 minutes 3 hours later when I phoned, they say they will call him but you wait longer than 22 minutes Will they return the call, NO
You have to pay to check in and choose a seat - you are *****ing money. First you overbook flights and then you charge for selection of normal seat - not acceptable It rains in JHB on arrival, you park away from the terminal building - you claim to be the leading domestic airline transporting our rugby players, then why do you not have better parking at the terminal building? Why do you let out people at the back of the plane in pouring rain and have the busses as far away as possible from the aircraft, and please do not respond by saying the buses have to be a certain distance, as I have personally been dropped off by a bus right next to an aircraft at OR Tambo. Really poor
This is according to Discovery Bank a reputable company that does home valuations. They have valued my house, that I bought 20 years ago, for 1 million rand; did 1-million-rands of improvements to now be valued at 1.7 million till November 2027 So they believe that the value of the property will not increase in the next 3 years. Apart from that, this so-called reputable company NEVER contacted me regarding improvements made or came to my house or contacted and arranged to come and see the house. In my opinion the lower they value the property; the less points Discovery Bank gives you, so Discovery Bank scores and you lose - seems a bit like a conflict of interest. Something is VERY wrong here

Meat was good Gin variety as bad as you can get Men’s bathrooms have both taps without the flange that open the taps Side salad should be called a pathetic toss up of a few green leaves and some tomatoes Sauces were VERY small in quantity So good for meat, but they obviously don’t pay attention to detail in many aspects
Let me say that the company is good, the initial service was good and the door is great However, the installer they used, was sloppy They did not clean up at all, they actually made a mess and even after contacting them, no answer Regarding the wrong placement of the *****s, they broke my wall, did not tell me and their reply is that the contract says they are not responsible for damages, and they are not builders. Really pathetic But if they knew what they were doing they would not have put the *****s on the wrong place. At least they were more successful the second time.
Arrogant unhelpful manager Innocent Laptop advertised and confirmed to be in store Not there and as always puts the blame on someone else. Took no responsibility and offered no solution Pathetic, but then that is what we now have to accept in the current South Africa In my opinion, stay away
They don’t answer questions sent via mail They drop 5 calls in a row when you phone when you want to make a payment They have zero client service, pathetic!!!
Nonexistent client service Bought a shirt that needed tailoring. Arrived a day later than what was promised by the store to make sure the tailoring was finished. Nobody knew anything. The relevant sales lady was off. The manager was off, the person working could not get hold of anyone. Nobody knew where my shirt was that was already pain I requested a call from the manager to inform me of what was going on. Now a week later: Did I get a call - of course not. Did they follow up with me as client? Of course not. Another example where client service in South Africa such a rarity is.
