A DPD Laser delivery driver (Joseph Molefi - if thats his real name) delivered 2 boxes to me. One box was open. I asked him why the box is open. He rolled his eyes. I asked again why the box is open. He then took my packages and loaded them into his bakkie and told me that he has cancelled the delivery and I should ask for another delivery. My issues with the gentleman and DPD Laser: 1. He thought it is OK to deliver an OPENED package, without explanation. He simply handed it to me as though its business as usual. Why is my package opened? Had it been a more valuable package, would I have even received it as sent by my supplier? WHY IS MY PACKAGE OPEN?????? This driver simply could not have been bothered with client service! He had an attitude when responding to the questions I had even went as far as rolling his eyes at me, regarding an opened package (why would he even feel comfortable delivering an open package???) 3. He did not give me options on how to deal with the issue on hand 4. He constantly spoke over me, when I tried to express my dissatisfaction with his attitude and the opened package. I cannot even begin to explain this gentleman's disrespect for the company he represents and the utter disregard he has for clients. I call the call centre to try and report this incident - NO ONE CAN HELP ME.

I made an order for 6 pair of shoes from shoebox on the 1st March and received notification on the 3rd March that dpd laser has received my parcel but never received any other updates.When I track my parcel it does not give any update from the 3rd March.i am not happy Tommorow it will mark a week since my order was made.

If it were possible to give this company 0 stars, I would do it without hesitation. This has to be one of the most frustrating and unprofessional delivery experiences I have ever had. The customer support consultant was extremely rude and completely unhelpful, which raises a serious question about why this company even has a call centre if their staff are unwilling or unable to assist customers. For several days my parcel showed “out for delivery,” yet nothing was ever delivered. Instead, I kept receiving “failed delivery” notifications. I stayed home waiting for the delivery, only to later receive messages claiming that delivery had failed when no attempt was even made. This is not only misleading but also a complete waste of a customer’s time. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and terrible customer service are unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company for a service they already paid for. Based on this experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. I truly hope I never have to deal with them again.

There service is VERY POOR . There driver phoned and said he was there to deliver but he was by the incorrect, gave him the correct address witch was 3km from where he was and he said he will bring the package but nothing was delivered!!!! So why say he is on his way and he doesn't deliver 🤔 this is VERY VAD SERVICE AND I DONT RECOMMEND DAWN WING COURIERS TO ANYONE.DONT USE THERE SERVICE.😡

am writing to raise a complaint regarding my parcel that has not been delivered. I received a call from the driver, which I answered, but no one spoke on the line. I immediately called the same number back, and the call went straight through to the call centre. I called a second and third time, and each time I was told that the driver would call me back. Unfortunately, no return call was ever received. This morning, I then received a message stating that my parcel could not be delivered. I am extremely disappointed, as I was available and actively trying to resolve the issue at the time. I find this experience very unprofessional and frustrating, especially given that I made multiple attempts to return the call and ensure successful delivery. I would appreciate urgent assistance in resolving this matter and arranging delivery of my parcel as soon as possible.

THAVE BEEN WAITING SO MANY DAYS FOR MY PARCEL YET NOTHING. This is the worst courier company of all time. No updates, no services nothing. And I already paid for my parcel. And the customer service? TERRIBLE No help whatsoever I have been struggling for so long with them.

Unfortunately Dawn Wing is not very good at logistics. A package cannot be delivered to me because the driver does not deliver to my area. It's taken 3 days for this information to come to light. How on earth do you send out a parcel with van that does not service the area that the parcel is intended for and then it takes 3 days to figure it out. I've never had a package delivered by Dawn Wing without some kind of hassle.
