As,a frequent flyer to Margate. I have found that the rewards program advertised is non exiting. Poor communication on the telephone. The aeroplane are sometimes in poor condition. The extra point given to 3 is because the cabin crew and pilots are the only asset to this airline. They have the monopoly to certain destinations, so they are not giving attention to detail
Very disappointing refund experience with Coricraft. I have been battling for weeks to get my refund, with poor communication and repeated delays. The lack of urgency and clarity has been frustrating and unacceptable. A refund process should be straightforward, but this has been anything but.
Clicks Shelly Centre Branch.The dispensary staff are great helpful, informative, and a real asset to the business. The floor staff are also knowledgeable and know the products well, which makes shopping here a pleasant experience.

The service is excellent and the staff are wonderful. The toppings are fantastic, but unfortunately the waffle itself was not up to the standard we are used to, otherwise this would have been a 5-star experience.
The service is excellent at the Southcoast Mall Branch, and the food quality is consistently great. Unfortunately, the loud conversations from staff behind the counter create a distracting and frustrating atmosphere for customers. A bit more awareness of noise levels would greatly improve the dining experience.
Delivery timeslots are extremely limited and unreliable, making planning difficult. Delivery fees are expensive for what is offered. Overall, the app makes online food shopping unpleasant and frustrating rather than convenient.
Poor service delivery and virtually no customer support. It is almost impossible to reach anyone when there is a problem. Delays, unclear tracking, and zero accountability. Very disappointing and not recommended.
I flew with Cem Air on the 14 September 2025 to Margate and shocked at the condition of the aircraft. The aircraft was old and the inside had torn seats giving a sense of shocking neglect and raising serious safety concerns. This is not the first time I have noticed the shocking poor standards of Cem Air. This is a serious oversight by the South African civil Aviation Authority.
