They have taken my couch with the faulty foam inside and puckering leather. I bought it from the Somerset Mall Branch for R30 198. I want my money back, but the very unfriendly lady from the branch refuse to refund me. Its been weeks without a couch. Customer Care told me to speak to the branch and the branch told me to speak to Customer Care. They also ignore my e-mails. The delivery was in Sept. 2025 and early Dec. I went to the store and show them the photos. Know they refuse to refund me. Unacceptable!!!

I went to Coricraft Brooklyn on Saturday, 7 March, as I urgently needed a recliner chair. I had a shoulder operation scheduled for Tuesday, 10 March, and from my previous shoulder surgery I knew how painful and uncomfortable the recovery could be—especially at night, as sleeping flat in a bed was extremely difficult. A recliner chair would have made the recovery far more manageable. Unfortunately, the experience at the Brooklyn branch was disappointing. The sales assistant was very unhelpful and indicated that there was no stock available anywhere in the country, and that new stock would only arrive at the end of March. When I asked whether it would be possible to purchase the showroom model due to the urgency of my situation, I was told that this was not allowed. On Sunday, 8 March, I decided to try the Coricraft Menlyn branch instead—and it turned out to be the best decision. The sales consultant, Tina Masebe, was extremely helpful and immediately focused on finding a solution rather than seeing obstacles. She located stock in Cape Town and suggested that I use the showroom model temporarily while waiting for the unit to arrive. She then involved the store manager, Thabo Ramatladi, who shared the same solution-driven attitude. Thanks to their efforts, the recliner was delivered and installed at my home by Wednesday, just in time for my return from surgery the following day. Both Tina and Thabo went above and beyond, and in my view they truly deserve recognition as Employee and Manager of the Month. Their proactive attitude and willingness to make things happen—rather than waiting for things to happen—made all the difference. I am a very satisfied customer thanks to the outstanding service I received at Coricraft Menlyn.

So upset stil heard notting for them I want my money back R46 000 couches and it looks like a cheap set That was bought second hand even with fluffing every day the hole in the sitting area a still there I will not do this everyday and like I said if this was told in shop when bought we would not have hot it. This is were clever from them dont tell you and when you complain then the maintanis guide is sent to you so even with the hole in the seats the material is not even so hang on floor and other 1cm from floor this is really upsetting al name and no qaurantee this set is no money worth wish I could load fotos here for everone to see

My experience with Coricraft has been extremely disappointing. We ordered a new slipcover for our couch along with covers for two ottomans. When the ottomans arrived, we immediately noticed that one was approximately 5 cm shorter than the other and needed to be replaced. Getting this resolved was a struggle. It took multiple follow-ups, and we had to wait an additional 4–5 weeks for the replacement ottoman to arrive. When the replacement finally arrived, it was the wrong colour. We were then informed that the original fabric had been discontinued, and instead of notifying us, Coricraft decided to send a completely different colour as a substitute without any prior communication, like what is that all about?! To make matters worse, when I called to query this, I was blamed and told that I had ordered the wrong colour, despite the fact that my invoice clearly shows that the correct colour was ordered. I then had to arrange with the warehouse in Roodepoort to have the covers switched. When I arrived, I waited an hour for what should have been a simple cover change. Overall, the process was disorganised, poorly communicated, and extremely frustrating. I honestly expected far better service from Coricraft, especially considering the price point of their products.

We bought dining room chairs on 2 December 2025, it's more than 3 months later with no chairs. Every time we call, they promise to find out and call us back. They never call back and never provide feedback. When we claim a refund, they also refuse. The conclusion we come to is they stole our money. Beware of this company.

Well its been like 3 weeks and no answers so upset. I have to fluff the cushions every singel morning this is not oky and even with fluffing its stil sits bad with the couches next to other it looks bad its not even or same thicness any more and I have it now for a month they should have get back to me on this matter but still nothing so bad service so much money in the water

Coricraft set R46 000 and so so mad and disipointed If you buy Coricraft you dont buy quality you buy for there name. So on Monday I got my custome made set open it and was not happy material is so loose on the seats is does not look like a new set (but it is) start to sit on it wow wow for 3 time sitting the material strets to much and the cussions have a hole in it oky maybe give it some time it will go back to normal not even for 2 day it did not go back to its shape this looks bad. So people hope you read this review and see there is no quality in Coricraft and yes I did rwport it and stil waiting for answers I want my R46 000 back not a other Coricraft set I will never rever them or buy from them very unhappy and mad as hel

Clearwater branch. No service what so ever. Been a long time customer but never been so disappointed. Ordered and paid for a chair as a gift that I could pick up from store. Delivery date came and went. When i complained they simply said that the store manager does not want to be disturbed over the weekend, and he will not do anything to rectify. Told to just come back next week by a nervous salesman. 2nd delivery date. Once again told via a random 3rd person. No delivery. Come back next week. Manager once again refuses to speak To me. So what now coricraft??? The birthday has now past and still no contact and no chair.
