I purchased a microwave from Makro. The courier said he came to deliver and received no response. The delivery was then scheduled for today. I called the delivery agent to enquire when he would deliver. He advised after 17h00. I waited until after 17h00 and then called him again. He did not respond. In the interim, I received a message indicating that my order was cancelled due to 3 failed deliveries. There was an attempt to deliver 3 x. I invited Makro to check the Google location of the purported delivery. I find it strange that they are unwilling to do so. I have recordings of my discussion with the courier driver, in which I asked where he was and when he would deliver. I find it strange that he could not deliver and there is no record of a call to my phone when he alleged to have delivered. There is clearly a fault on the part of Makro or the courier. It is interesting that no collection option was offered, given that the courier failed to deliver. I believe it is a question of refusing to honour the price tendered in accordance with the applicable specials.

Great service. Always respond timeously to requests for assistance or an escort to the property. I required replacement remotes recently. 24/7 looked into my query and came back with information within the same day.
I paid up my account and overpaid. I wanted to close the account and Foschini needs to reimburse me. They now want the last receipt of payment. It goes off via EFT and I want send copies of last three payments. Heidi says no. Foschini is refusing to close the account. The risk lies with the company where my account is paid up.
I sent two packages via courier guy overnight. They have not arrived at the destination. Courier Guy is not accessible via their sharecell number. It says that the line is congested. This tells me there are many queries and they either don't have sufficient staff to handle queries or they do not have the capacity to transport goods. The items were required urgently. Hence, an overnight package. Our display is unmarked as our banner has not arrived. We should be refunded. I will definitely not use this service again.
Booking made and payment went through immediately. Same day received a message booking cancelled. Called all numbers on site which indicate spa is open until 23h30. All numbers indicate spa closes at 18h00. Clear misrepresentation of availability and bookings
Buffalo Logistics is a poor service provider. I was not home when delivery was made. The person at the property was not authorised to permit entry. Driver informed that he would return later. I called the driver upon my arrival. He said he would not deliver. It would come on Saturday. It is Tuesday. I called Buffalo Logistics and I am informed that the driver advised their office I refused to sign for the goods. No one is required to sign for good when they delivered previously. I am surprised that this story has been logged.
Swerpsouth has no controls over sweepstars. I booked for Wednesday. Sweepstar called to say she was lost. She did not arrive. I sent an email immediately when she called to advise she was lost...as I could not wait for call to be answered. I requested they not send this swerpstar again. Sweepstar In Cresta and venue was Parkhurst. I rated her when requested and advised she did not arrive. I was still billed. Sweepstar still billed me nevertheless. I did not cancel. Sweepstar did not arrive. Check your billing. There is no verification on swerpstars part.
Called to open an account. Said it would take two days. My credit score is high. I've checked. It's been more than their turn around time of 48 hours. No response. Calling in you are passed on to a someone else and the line gets cut. I am wondering. Perhaps FNB or Nedbank
Checkers missed the mark today. They announced they delivered my order 34 minutes earlier. They did but minus a crucial item. I ordered toilet paper and trusted that they would deliver. Today they turned the that dial. Not reliable. I'll shop elsewhere and I rely on my own shopping.
