Great service. Always respond timeously to requests for assistance or an escort to the property. I required replacement remotes recently. 24/7 looked into my query and came back with information within the same day.

This company is very unprofessional with guards chasing after innocent member of the public. This company is not the police, however they feel that they can do what they want. One of the officers even pulled a gun at one of the members in our group. When they found the mistake on their side, they just left no apologies. I hope our member sues them.

Will not recommend this company as there guarding division needs alot of re training on how to speak to the public and be more friendly as bad experience they are very arrogant and rude and big ego with me it looked like he was ready to go hands on and it will end in a lawsuit for them.

On the evening of January 12, 2025, at around 8 PM, we had an incredibly traumatic experience with your company. It was completely unprofessional and unrealistic. As a family with children aged 5, 9, and 12, we planned a special evening out before the school year started. What was meant to be a memorable night instead left my children deeply traumatized. Just five minutes after arriving at our destination, a heavily armed security officer approached my husband, asking if the vehicle outside was his. He said there was an issue with the car. We were then informed that our vehicle had been hijacked in 2022. My husband immediately clarified that this was our vehicle, we had all the necessary documentation, and it had never been hijacked. The situation escalated when 14 members of the JMPD, along with two security vehicles, surrounded us. LThey claimed our car had been used as a getaway vehicle and that my husband was being arrested. The time and date of the alleged crime were when we were on holiday in Hazyview, as confirmed by our fleet company. Despite this, the car was impounded after 4 hours. During this ordeal, my children were left stressed, frightened, and hungry. My husband, who suffers from diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, was unable to take his medication. The following day, we went to the station to clear the vehicle. It was there that we learned no case existed regarding our car. The problem was due to your security company entering incorrect information into your system—wrong vehicle make, wrong number plate. Your company has had the wrong information for over three years. The fact that the police acted on this false information is unacceptable, and I am furious about the injustice you have caused to my family. Meanwhile, the real ********s are out there, unaffected. I expect a full explanation and an immediate correction of the records.

Phoned on the 31 July requesting an IRP 5. Send an email also. Spoke to Chemiema. She then send the wrong time period. On the 2nd August phoned her. She advise me it will be send on the 2nd August when she is back at the office. On the 3rd August phoned as it was not received. Then she said she is still looking. Send the HR Director, Maria Viljoen and email just to tell me it will take time. They are very unhelpful. And I cant believe that people will use them. If they are this careless about paperwork. How will they be able to protect your belongings

Terrible at paying suppliers especially small local businesses. Stock was always supplied under pressure and in demand but months have passed and payments are still outstanding. No point fighting for the money but speaks volumes of what type of company this is. I'm sure they don't accept the same non profit delays from their own customers. Very disappointed to have gone over and beyond to supply this company to the best of my ability.

Terrible at paying suppliers especially small local businesses. Stock was always supplied under pressure and in demand but months have passed and payments are still outstanding. No point fighting for the money but speaks volumes of what type of company this is. I'm sure they don't accept the same non profit delays from their own customers. Very disappointed to have gone over and beyond to supply this company to the best of my ability.

I report alarm not working to 24/7 They send technician Technicians report says alarm not work They request payment of R748 for a call out fee to tell me what i told them in the first place 5 weeks later still no report or quotation on repairing the system, however, I receive a call weekly from the accounts department to pay the callout fee I wouldn't touch this business for domestic purposes
