Totally frustrated Kirby owner.
I have had constant calls at least every day for the last forever. They call, I say no I don't want bags or service or shampoo. They call again the next day asking the same thing. I told them.when I need stock I will call. The lady called me on Friday asking if.i needed a service (special) or anything. I told her I will ask hubby and I will call if we need. She called the next day asking if I had spoken to him. I am already so frustrated that I fear I may be extremely rude and likely swear at the person. We are regretting buying this machine and actually just want to sell it. The machine is amazing but I.cannot stand the harassment and spam calls anymore. I have already today been called and its a public holiday. They call on Saturdays. Their guy told me to just block their number but they call with different numbers and it's rhe same lady.

Kirby Sales Harrasment.
Please can you stop calling my colleague and I at work, we are not interested in your services. Your sales agents are smooth talkers who aren't totally honest and by this I mean they use ulterior motives to gain access to your place of work, in our case a water business to purchase a bottle of water. The agent then takes so called obligation free cards out his diary and asked us to fill it in with the "promise" of NO phone calls from your company. We can phone when we would like to use obligation free demonstration in our home or office. We have been receiving non-stop phone calls from the agent and other telesales staff within your company.

Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Kirby *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* Sales agents troubled me for months to have my machine serviced. They eventually came to collect, and I hadn't heard from them for 2 weeks. I called, only to be told that they are waiting for my phone call to get approval. They said my machine is not working, and yet I sent them a machine that was fully functional. The manager isn't returning my calls and avoiding me. Really disgusted with kirby Service Centre Durban.

AZA KIRBY SERVICING I ordered and paid for replacement Kirby vacuum belts. Several times on WhatsApp the vendor said they were delivering the following day. They stopped answering WhatsApp messages and cut the connection several times when I phoned them. Nothing was ever delivered.

Kirby Edenvale shocking service
The Edenvale branch is shocking. You wait forever for parts, don't get updates, and you get the run around. Don't buy a Kirby, rather go for Karcher. I will never support Kirby again. Their customer service numbers for South Africa doesn't work, avoid this company

Repeated disappointing service.
I ordered and paid for shampoo from AZ Vacuums in Plumstead on the 16th of May 2024. As of today 12th June I have had only one excuse after the other as to why my product has not been delivered. This is not the first time that I have to run after the sales department.

Bad experience.
<div>They did not deliver what they promise. I ordered a brush 2 months ago and am still waiting. After I asked for a refund they said come fetch your brush yourself! Very disturbing experience. </div>
