Poor client service and added charges
Each time Kirby calls offers a service and quotes a set price. However, when they must return the machine, the costs increase, and suddenly, there are problems with the machine that was fully functional. Kirby Edenvale called to offer a service and called back with the quote. I refused the added charges and I requested that my machine be returned. They offerred to do less work and said a cord will perish if the machine is not in use. I want my machine back to service it elsewhere. Now they are charging a call-out fee. If I wanted my machine serviced and in formed of a call out fee, I would have taken it in and collected myself. The service is poor.

Totally frustrated Kirby owner.
I have had constant calls at least every day for the last forever. They call, I say no I don't want bags or service or shampoo. They call again the next day asking the same thing. I told them.when I need stock I will call. The lady called me on Friday asking if.i needed a service (special) or anything. I told her I will ask hubby and I will call if we need. She called the next day asking if I had spoken to him. I am already so frustrated that I fear I may be extremely rude and likely swear at the person. We are regretting buying this machine and actually just want to sell it. The machine is amazing but I.cannot stand the harassment and spam calls anymore. I have already today been called and its a public holiday. They call on Saturdays. Their guy told me to just block their number but they call with different numbers and it's rhe same lady.

Kirby Sales Harrasment.
Please can you stop calling my colleague and I at work, we are not interested in your services. Your sales agents are smooth talkers who aren't totally honest and by this I mean they use ulterior motives to gain access to your place of work, in our case a water business to purchase a bottle of water. The agent then takes so called obligation free cards out his diary and asked us to fill it in with the "promise" of NO phone calls from your company. We can phone when we would like to use obligation free demonstration in our home or office. We have been receiving non-stop phone calls from the agent and other telesales staff within your company.

They eventually came to collect, and I hadn't heard from them for 2 weeks. I called, only to be told that they are waiting for my phone call to get approval. They said my machine is not working, and yet I sent them a machine that was fully functional. The manager isn't returning my calls and avoiding me. Really disgusted with kirby Service Centre Durban.
