Poor client service and added charges

Each time Kirby calls offers a service and quotes a set price. However, when they must return the machine, the costs increase, and suddenly, there are problems with the machine that was fully functional. Kirby Edenvale called to offer a service and called back with the quote. I refused the added charges and I requested that my machine be returned. They offerred to do less work and said a cord will perish if the machine is not in use. I want my machine back to service it elsewhere. Now they are charging a call-out fee. If I wanted my machine serviced and in formed of a call out fee, I would have taken it in and collected myself. The service is poor.
