I paid for a service plan to have my vehicle serviced and the dealership. They approved payment for a part of the quote. The service manager sent documents for payment and for more than 2 hours I am waiting for proof of payment to be sent as the vehicle cannot be released until payment is confirmed. This has seriously impacted negatively on my responsibilities for the afternoon

They eventually came to collect, and I hadn't heard from them for 2 weeks. I called, only to be told that they are waiting for my phone call to get approval. They said my machine is not working, and yet I sent them a machine that was fully functional. The manager isn't returning my calls and avoiding me. Really disgusted with kirby Service Centre Durban.

I have a car from Mit Mak for 4 and a half months and the water pump started leaking. I am in Kzn and they honoured their duty to fix my car. Special thanks to Chantal in their workshop who arranged everything for me. She is very considerate and compassionate.
I bought a car and they promised that if the brakes were below 50percent, they would be replaced. Upon receiving the vehicle, the rear discs were scored and disc pads below 50percent. They ask me to take the vehicle to get quotations done. They then refused to do the repair. I have called them on several occasions and they continuously deflect to other departments. I have spoken to their public relations person and she too has not responded to my concerns. Their sales person also placed several add on items to my finance application without notifying and I now double scratch and dent cover and Tyre and rim cover. I only discovered this at the time they wanted me to sign the contract. Which meant delaying receiving my vehicle due to another finance application being required.
