We spent the whole day there on the 16th December. What a fabulous day out. The venue is great, being on the banks of the Hennops River. The staff were brilliant and went out of their way to make the experience a memorable one. Highly recommended.

I am extremely disappointed with my booking experience. On 11 December, I booked the Moonlight Spa Treatment for 13 December. The staff member took all my details and confirmed the booking process, only for me to later discover that the booking was never actually made. This treatment was meant to be a special anniversary gift, and instead it turned into a complete disaster. There was no follow-up, no confirmation, and no accountability when the error was discovered. For a spa that markets luxury and special experiences, this level of disorganisation is unacceptable. A simple mistake like this completely ruined what was meant to be a meaningful occasion. I would strongly advise others to double-check their bookings, as reliability is clearly an issue

I have being trying to speak to a manager since yesterday. The customer service is absolutely **********. I booked for 9 people for the pivot branch, paid and now get told the branch has moved to Fourways Mall!!!!!! Unbelievable I don't want to go to a mall for a tranquil spa day really and then can't get hold of a manager to refund me. Unacceptable

I had an absolute horrific and traumatising experience and therefor can not give a good rating. I was at the Spa Sunday 14 September 2025 for a much needed relaxing pedicure with my 70 year old Mother. The Spa is beautiful and gave a very strong impression of a tranquil environment, which is why we picked this one. Unfortunately, staff was throwing a blind eye at customers blatently disturbing the peaceful environment being loud and on the phone. When my mother questioned this, staff and management and or supervisors continued to ignore her being verbally attacked by these clients who then proceeded to stand up and threaten me with a physical fight. No intervention or security was offered. This happened to be the most unprofessional and unrealistic experience at this Spa as advertised. I can only hope that the trauma it left my Mother and I with, will be soon forgotton and that no other clients will have the same experience.

We booked the Pivot hotel for 5 ppl a full day. I was so disappointed with the poor service we received - It seem as if we were in a circus - it was so nosy - the food was cold and poor quality. Lockers didn't work - gowns they didnt have size and when we asked - it was like we asking too much. The ladies kept asking us for a tip - extremely unprofessional. For the amount spent - was very disappointment- never again

Booking made and payment went through immediately. Same day received a message booking cancelled. Called all numbers on site which indicate spa is open until 23h30. All numbers indicate spa closes at 18h00. Clear misrepresentation of availability and bookings

Price Mis-Alignement. I am bitterly dissapointed at the lack of caring or interest for your clients. You do not align your pricing specials between the reservations line and the website. I paid for the full day package at River Valley at FULL price only to find out there is a R500 discount / special when you book via the reservations line. There is no care or support to help refund the difference and i think this is DISGUSTING customer service from such a reputable Spa company. I am not asking for a full refund.. just the difference in the special to what i paid online. You should be ashamed of yourself... Dont fall victim to this same "****" pricing... always check and book via the reservations hotline and NOT online.
