I am extremely disappointed with my booking experience. On 11 December, I booked the Moonlight Spa Treatment for 13 December. The staff member took all my details and confirmed the booking process, only for me to later discover that the booking was never actually made. This treatment was meant to be a special anniversary gift, and instead it turned into a complete disaster. There was no follow-up, no confirmation, and no accountability when the error was discovered. For a spa that markets luxury and special experiences, this level of disorganisation is unacceptable. A simple mistake like this completely ruined what was meant to be a meaningful occasion. I would strongly advise others to double-check their bookings, as reliability is clearly an issue
On the 3rd of January 2024, I informed superbalist that my banking details were used to make a *****ulent purchae on their website. After numerous emails were exchanged back and forth requesting information from me, I was informed today, 9th of January that their finance department now needs a statement to confirm the transaction. There was no urgency in this matter whatsoever. As a customer of superbalist for the past 9 years, I do not trust this Company, especially in cases of ***** as their turnaround time for resolving things are slow. I'm sure the person who purchased clothes using my banking account already received their purchase.
