Loosing a family member is hard enough but dealing with mtn trying to close my late sisters account has been so traumatic. I was told to email her death certificate and I'd plus an affidavit, which I have done more than 5 times. I can't speak to anyone I have emailed the person from the deceased department more than once to follow up and have had no reply. You are a bunch of inconsiderate *********** useless people and can't believe this is how you deal with people.
I have being trying to speak to a manager since yesterday. The customer service is absolutely **********. I booked for 9 people for the pivot branch, paid and now get told the branch has moved to Fourways Mall!!!!!! Unbelievable I don't want to go to a mall for a tranquil spa day really and then can't get hold of a manager to refund me. Unacceptable
We have only moved from our previous GP of 25 years to intercare fourways this year. My son came in to see another Dr as the Dr we chose originally was not in on Tuesday. He came there for the Dr to look at a mole I was concerned about, having had Melanoma my self. She l9oked at it then said he must see a Dermatologist which the appointment was then scheduled by someone at the practice. She then wanted to freeze the mole????? Which my husband then said to her if you do that what will the Dermatologist have to look at? Honestly our previous GP would have biopsies the mole to determine if it was a concern or not. What an absolute waist of time which we had to pay for. I have never in my life experience such inexperience from a medical Dr. Unacceptable
Someone did contact my sister and she was told she must go to her GP and her GP must admit her. (I already new this was a load of *******) why would she get admitted threw a GP when you wouldn't authorize her threw casualty after a mild heart attack. But this person must obviously know what they are talking about, so of she went and surprise the hospital said no she has to be admitted threw casualty. So again she was told a bunch of ****.
Absolutely worst company ever, not only are the pharmacies more than awefull but fo not join Dischem medical insurance. My sister has been collapsing and loosing consciousness and the confusion. She has twice been taken to hospital where the dischem will not authorize her to be admitted dven though the doctors are concerned zbout her heart and brain. The second time she hac a nild heart attack and once again found not authorize her to be admitted and was told oh but the heart attack has passed. Today just 2 dats after the last incident she collapsed twice loosing consciousness and couldn't remember what happened. Dischem you lie and ard *******. I will do what ever I need to to let everyone out there know how disgusting you are. I will wipe the floor with you on every platform at my disposal as well as report you to the medical ombudsman for saying what was needed to sign my sister up even though it was a bunch of lies.
The only reason they are getting 1 red star is because they answer the phone and that's where it ends. Every request has a 48 hour time line unless you adding a pet. God forbid your furry child needs Autherization for an op, don't be fooled they say within an hour more like 6 hours and that's if you nag them and the up to 2 weeks for refund claim. Unfriendly obnoxious and completely unhelpful. I cannot believe how utterly useless Oneplan pet insurance is.
Wow how amazing to deal with such competent, helpful and enthusiastic people. Bianca Johnson was amazing, such a breath of fresh air compared to the Pet insurance I was on. And when comparing the ONE I was one to Dotsure with help of Bianca, we'll it was a no brainer. Thank you
I am once again not impressed by Oneplan pet insurance. My pet had surgery on Monday the 28th August. I received Autherization and sent threw the claim and invoice. Before this was done I arranged with Oneplan that the vet be paid directly and it is now 7 days later, and no payment has been made. This is unacceptable for an authorized procedure. I would like an agent to contact me with actual answers I have emailed spoken to several people and just been given the run around.
Been trying for 2 days solid to get threw to upgrades or any other department and have been on hold everything for up to 40 minutes. It's time to move on from mtn pathetic service and am beyond angry. Did an upgrade with an agent and no phone has been delivered. Absolutely unacceptable 😤
Good day my ordered the James Hendry book last week online and it said delivery in 3 to 5 working days. He then received a sms message saying it would only be delivered in 3 weeks. Totally unacceptable it was for a birthday gift for this Saturday he phoned and spoke to an agent who canceled the order and said I would get an email saying it had been canceled and would get a refund. There has been no email nor sms and this is unacceptable. We then tried the what's app number also useless.
