Disappointing Experience – Skin Reaction & Poor Handling

I visited Mangwanani Spa for a full day massage where shortly after, I developed a skin reaction (irritation and bumps) on my neck. Today is day 5 and its still there even after i app**** cream i got from pharmacy.

I escalated the issue, but the response I received was disappointing. The staff member (Cindy) was defensive instead of showing concern or taking accountability.

I expected safe products and professional customer care. This experience fell short on both. Now i have to spend additional money on doctor and medication 🤷🏽‍♀️

I would also like to discuss a refund or compensation for this experience

I would appreciate proper accountability and a resolution
