I visited Mangwanani Spa for a full day massage where shortly after, I developed a skin reaction (irritation and bumps) on my neck. Today is day 5 and its still there even after i app**** cream i got from pharmacy. I escalated the issue, but the response I received was disappointing. The staff member (Cindy) was defensive instead of showing concern or taking accountability. I expected safe products and professional customer care. This experience fell short on both. Now i have to spend additional money on doctor and medication 🤷🏽♀️ I would also like to discuss a refund or compensation for this experience I would appreciate proper accountability and a resolution
Im so disappointed its been three weeks waiting for feedback from myway and sunshine. Parts available but nothing has been done so far. This is happening for the second time, last time i claimed and nothing was done on my car instead they paid me after 3 months for me to go fix my car else where 🚮🚮🚮
Im not impressed, im so disappointed with the service i received. This is happening for the second time. My order being returned back to vodacom by skynet courier with no communication from both sides was such a huge disappointment. I regret canceling my fibre for the poor service im currently receiving. Second week now with no connection only to be told that its cancelled because vodacom gave skynet incorrect contact number and i must reorder. Im so ****ed and unhappy 😡
Skynet is the most horrible delivery company with extremely bad customer service. 2 weeks of not receiving a parcel till today 🚮🚮🚮 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DELIVERY COMPANY🚮
How i regret cancelling my vodacom fibre to join rain family, two weeks of waiting for 5g router to be delivered and connected. Called several times but solution dololo, all i hear i we have escalated, so ****ed 😡😡😡
