I had to visit Wits on the 30th January, entering through the Empire Road entrance.The security wrer absolutely brilliant, being very friendly and efficient and going out of their way to be of assistance. The security at the Planetarium entrance were just as good. They certainly give the University a very good first impression for visitors.
Once again, Multichoice is reducing its offering, this time at least nine channels are being discontinued on the first of January. These are amongst the most popular of channels, so whats left? Are they going to be replaced? This is hardly an incentive to keep on subscribing to Multichoice
I have a contact that is in desperate need of money, only R500. However I loaded him as a beneficiary and tried to do an immediate payment as Standard bank takes so long to process a payment. The payment wouldn't go through and a message kept on coming up thatI had cancelled the transaction. I called the help line several times only to be told that the transaction was marked as suspicious and terefore would not go through. They said there is nothing they can do about it. However, I managed to put the payment through on my phone. I find this unacceptable as there are ways to authenticate payments on my laptop through OTP for example. As a customer for 40 years I am not happy andthe help line just eventually cuts me off.
We spent the whole day there on the 16th December. What a fabulous day out. The venue is great, being on the banks of the Hennops River. The staff were brilliant and went out of their way to make the experience a memorable one. Highly recommended.
I had the pleasure of stopping off at Milly's for the first time in several years. I'm glad to say that even after many years, Milly's is still an absolute must to stop and have a meal. The burger was made with a homemade roll and was absolutely delicious and filling. Great place to visit!
Second Cup is situated in centre in the middle of trees which makes you think that you are in the middle of a forest. The service is exceptional as are the meals. Highly recommended !
I have been unable to grt the app to work on my phone for over weeks now with no resolution being offered, only excuses and messages that the wrong department is working on the problem as if this is my fault. How do I get thenapp to work?
I have been using the App for many years and all of a sudden the App won't let me log in. Its been many weeks now and mant E Mails and I have had no success in resolving the problem . I have been told to to uninstall the app and . I have done this several times. I kedep getting told to call a number in Cape Town This number does not have the option of speaking to an actualperson. I then called another number and when they forward the call, it either just rings or just cuts out. This lack of service and assistance is unacceptable
The"pack my Meds" App has not been functional for at least a week. It took several calls before the help desk even found out that the App wasn't working. The best that they could do, was to offer to put me through telephonically to the Pack my Meds team. In the meantime, the App is still non functional with seemingly nothing being done to fix the problem
I followed trailer no LMC 631 on the N1 north before the Malibingwe offramp. at 1000 hours on the 22nd April. Besides doing up tp 120 km/hr on the downhills, the truck was swerving in and out of the lanes, (The speed limit for trucks is 80km/hr). When he stopped at the robot of the offramp The driver threw his cigarette stompie out out of the window. I called the Company to report the driver. They took my details down, promising that the Manager in charge of the drivers would call me back. 24 hours later, I'm still waiting
