Disappointed service and poor communication of out of stock dog food
I have no words to explain my horror. I supported Absoute pets for many years. This week was my puppy 's birthday - so Absolute sent gift ..but heres the catch you have to but something to Qualify for this gift - and i buy over 2000k on dog food from them every month - so again a trap- but the issue was the gift was a biscuit - when i got home - the biscuit was moldy - imagine if i didnt break the biscuit a to give me dog - my bog will be sick because of this. I called the Honeydew branch - and told them to throw all the biscuit away dont give it to another customer - all they said was the biscuit was within the expiry date, and they dont understand this. So again absolut pets scored and took more money and dont care if they are selling off goods to their customer. I caled the head office to complain - and no one is available - as usual
pls dont waste your time and money on Discovery insurance. For years i was paying 3 times more than other insurance. And you really only know how useless an insurance is when u have to claim. Call discovery and teamleaders and managers are in meetings from morning til evening - their staff are laughing and chatting - but no help just placed on hold
We booked the Pivot hotel for 5 ppl a full day. I was so disappointed with the poor service we received - It seem as if we were in a circus - it was so nosy - the food was cold and poor quality. Lockers didn't work - gowns they didnt have size and when we asked - it was like we asking too much. The ladies kept asking us for a tip - extremely unprofessional. For the amount spent - was very disappointment- never again
after 4 yrs - i am claiming for windscreen claim - only to be told they will not put original car brand but a generic. I have asked why and where does this state in my policy - i had no answer to this question. So we as a customer keep paying insurance and if you ever claim then you just get want they give you and say thank you.
I called asking for a quote for warranty - the person I dealt was unexperienced and kept telling me that the quote online and over the phone is two different. yet Dotsure advertise for R9 a day - so when I asked for the difference between the both - he said he won't be able to tell me - why is this - shouldnt this be open so customers know what they are getting on either option they provide- Is this a ****? When I asked why you need my ID number for an ITC under quote - I was told that's how it's done - is this a norm?
I would like to say a big thank you to Randall, Brendhan- (Renew-It Rivonia) for his honesty and professionalism. He really did understand my concerns and reassured me that my car is in good hands. He even went to the extend of taking pictures everyday and sending them to me just so I can see where they are. Unlike my PSG/CIB insurance who didnt care to help. Maybe Renew it should open their own insurance company :)
New assess seem to be very busy, so please wait for 8 days before your car gets approved by them. And they dont care because they get paid and have no issues. Its the client who suffers. And forget asking your insurance for help. You just take a chill pill and wait for someone from Net assess does their job.
Promise to get back to you on Hello peter..but they never do..just pay ur premiums and make CIB happy. The worst insurance to sort issues.. I
PGS - CIB Do not get your insurance from PSG/ CIB. There take 8 days for approving your claim and they help to get your car sorted out. They lie about the panel beaters - why h
