Sinuses Khumalo caused me a great deal of inconvenience and wasted time. After completing his assessment on my car, I informed him that my preferred panel beater would be VDS Auto Body in Roodepoort (8km from my work) . Instead he chose to book my car with a different service provider in Wynberg (43km from where I work) without even bothering to check with me. It has taken me a whole week to get his mess sorted out- time during which my car would be attended to..

NET ASSESS, APPOINTED BY CIB INSURANCE, HAS TREATED ME AND MY CASE WITH THE UTMOST DISREGARD AND DISRESPECT. IN CAHOOTS WITH RENEW IT, THEY HAVE SMEERED SHUT THE INADEQUATE REPAIR AND DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE. THEY HAVE MADE FALSE ASSUMPTIONS AND ALLOGATIONS REGARDING MY VEHICLE. I AM ALSO NOT GIVEN A SERVICE MANAGER'S CONTACT NAME UPON REQUEST. TOOK MY CAR IN ON THE 08/04/24 FOR A REPAIR ON THE FRONT LIGHT HOWEVER I TOOK MY CAR IN LAST WEEK TO GET NEW GLOBES FITTED IN MY CAR AND HAVE MY LIGHTS ADJUSTED THE GUY WHERE I TOOK MY CAR SAID HE CAN NOT ADJUST THE ONE LIGHT AS AN AFTER MARKET LIGHT WAS FITTED NOT AN ORIGINAL LIGHT I FOUND THIS UNACCEPTABLE AND VERY DECEIVING AS THE ASECCOR AND NET ASSESS WAS VERY DECIEVING AND NOW MY OTHER LIGHT IS ALSO CHANGING COLOUR NOW AS ITS NEARLY A YEAR OLD IF I HAD NEVER HAD MY LIGHTS CHECKED I WOULD NEVER HAD KNOWN THE PERSON I AM DEALING WITH AT RENEW IT BEDFORDVIEW IS AN ACCESOR I WANT THIS SORTED OUT ASAP AS THIS WILL BE TAKEN MUCH FUTHER

Thank goodness for a platform like hello Peter. If it was not for the reviews on this platform, I would have become another statistic in a long line of people who had horrible experiences with Net Assess. After my first phone call I received from them to arrange for an assessment on my accident damaged vehicle, I smelled a rat and immediately went onto the hello Peter platform. To say that I was shocked is an understatement. I knew something was not right concerning this company, but the experiences shared was horrifying. I received an e-mail from Lisa Frame in which she makes a lot of excuses for their incompetence which varied from the absurd to funny. They will not come close to my vehicle. She made a remark that hello Peter is social media and that complaints on this platform is merely a norm of society. That was all I needed. When a company brushes off the experiences of people on hello Peter as a social media norm, then every red light in existence switches on. Stay far away from this company. Me, my family and friends will. Read through some of the experiences shared. It is material for a good horror movie.

I just submitted an claim via Discovery and they refered me to their “trusted” assessors, Net Assess. Well let me tell you, they may be the biggest aseessors - so they say - in the land but their work is underwhelming to say the least, I have never seen anything like this before, you would swear that they get something out of short-servicing clients. If you have them as your assessors, tough luck, you are in trouble

assessor authorized an incorrect vehicle part, which meant another part should be ordered, resulting in my car being in for repairs for longer. Discovery Insurance's car hire got terminated. the delay was caused by their appointed assessor. incompetence assessor from Net Assess and arrogance from Discovery Insurance

Net Assess authorized the incorrect specification headlights for a my vehicle following a minor accident, which is both shocking and revealing about their competence. This ultimately meant that Discovery had to pay for new headlights twice, the second time using OEM parts from Toyota South Africa. I sincerely hope Discovery reconsiders their relationship with this company, because it is costing them business, including mine.

Net Assess authorized the incorrect specification headlights for a my vehicle following a minor accident, which is both shocking and revealing about their competence. This ultimately meant that Discovery had to pay for new headlights twice, the second time using OEM parts from Toyota South Africa. I sincerely hope Discovery reconsiders their relationship with this company, because it is costing them business, including mine.
