I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY VEHICLE REPAIRED ADEQUATELY SINCE 7 AUGUST 2025 BUT THEY ARE PERSISTENT ON INACCURATELY ASSESSING THE PROOF OF NEGLIGENT REPAIR AND DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE. I HAVE BEEN STRANDED WITHOUT TRANSPORT SINCE 7 AUGUST. WHERE DO I TURN TO FOR HELP?

HE TREATED ME WITH DISRESPECT AND IRRITATION. THE SAID SUPERVISOR STOOD ON HER PHONE ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND IGNORED ME. I CAN FIND NO CONTACT DETAILS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WORKS. ALL MAILS AND CALLS FAIL. STORE DOESN'T ANSWER CALLS. NO MANAGER IN SIGHT FOR ASSISTANCE.

THIS UNRELIABLE @@SHOLE, GAVIN, INSTALLED A NEW GARAGE DOOR AT MY HOUSE ON 25 AUGUST. HIS WORKER ROCKED UP DRUNK FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE. IT TOOK THEM ALMOST 13 HOURS TO INSTALL THE DOOR. SINCE INSTALLATION THE DOOR KEEPS COMING OFF ITS RAILS. HE CAME OUT ONCE TO 'FIX' IT BUT JUST STOOD HAMMERING THE RAILS DAMAGING THEM EVEN FURTHER. EVERY SINGLE DAY AFTER OPENING THE DOOR I HAVE TO STRUGGLE AND TRY GET THE WHEELS BACK INTO THE RAILS. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 5 MONTHS TO GET THIS SORTED. HE REFUSES TO COME REMOVE HIS DOOR AND REFUND ME BUT ALSO REFUSES TO COME SORT OUT THE ISSUE
