I bought a bin from them, where they did the measurements and did not include the lead. The bin cannot fit and I request an exchange they decline with no reason. When I request reasons they tell me to deliver the bin at Jhb. I did online, surely that means I couldn’t drive to the store. Why must I physically return an online order. When I logged the return they deducted R200, what is that money for if I am driving the order to them. This is really stressing and poor service

Homemark and Milex stole my money. They sold me a juicer, in a month it started jamming, they took it and said they replaced the motor, in about a month they took it again and I said I want my money back because I can't do the back and forth. They kept it for months and months and when I eventually enquired about my money they said the warranty is finished. This juicer spent it's whole warranty period in their possession and even today it's still in their possession. They are *******, they have the product and my money and I want my money back. I have done research and got advise so next week I am going to the SAPS to open a ***** and ****ming case. They rob us of our hard earned money and come with stupid excuses. I think the media would also be interested to entertain this because this is day light *******. They are ****** together with Homemark and I will put the same review for home mark. Run away from these two companies, they are only here to **** an already struggling society in this country.

Homemark and Milex stole my money. On arrival the product does not have the pipe for cleaning carpets and I am not going to clean a 2mx2m carpet on my knees - arrange for a return. Photos and reason asked. I bought a total crunch machine on 10/01/2026 and only used the machine to work out three times. The machines pedal mechanism is literally Brocken the pedals fell off the machine is not strong and looks like it is made of aluminium instead of ***** like other parts. I did a return and I see the return policy says it must be brought back in original packaging like how the hell do they expect people to keep that big box that was containing the machine because most of us don't have space to keep the trash... I demand to recieve a new crunch machine or my money back

I have been trying for a month now to get a spare circuit board for my Milex Nordic Ice maker. Backwards and forwards with requests for fotos etc, and nothing but excuses from the agents Homemark. My request is simply for them to provide a price and availability for the circuit board required. All they can come up with is “We have escalated this matter to our spares team and they have advised that the unit be booked in for further assistance. We do apologize for the inconvenience”. I do not need an assessment. The circuit board is severely corroded, particularly the traces. Whether this fixes the problem or not, it needs to be replaced and I will take responsibility for this. By the responses from them I take the view that they do not have the spares and merely wish to hang this out as long as possible, forcing me to give up. Poor service from Homemark, which reflects badly on the manufacturer.

I recently bought a matress topper via Homemark website, upon delivery found that the packaging of topper it was vacuum sealed and folded instead of rolled, which left a huge bulging creases on folds and was oversized for standard bed Queen. Logged a return, then told I have front the payment for courier return from CPT to JHB, costing me R990 almost half the price of the topper. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Bought a Milex Intellivac Robot vacuum. Had to send the first one back due to an error. Has never connected to the wifi. Now I can only buy one spare part at a time (side brush for R29) and have to pay R150 delivery. These brushes are not available anywhere else. Do NOT buy this product.

Purchased a MILEX airfryer at MAKRO; shortly after the warranty period ended it stopped working. Sent it for repairs (was charged to have a sensor replaced and a new basket since the non stick coating had come off the original basket). About 6 months later it stopped working again (clearly they didn't do a good job repairing it the first time since it was the same issue again). Sent it for repairs again, was told that it could not be repaired. Picked up the airfryer from Makro however we didn't open the box since it was not repaired and doesn't work anymore (or so I thought). About a month later I opened the box to dispose of the airfryer and I noticed I was given some one else's really old filthy airfryer that has dents on it ,the *****s in the basket look rusty and one ***** is missing. Mine was in perfect condition so I can clearly see that this is not the one that I sent in for repairs. The one that they gave me works so it can't be mine since they said mine could not be repaired and therefore shouldn't be working. Even though they claim that it could not be repaired it doesn't give them the right to take my airfryer and give me some disgusting old one!!! This is unacceptable...I have never in my life encountered something like this!!!! I will never look at another Homemark product again!
