What a horrible experience - a bought a carpet cleaner and use the photos provided to ensure it will meet my need. On arrival the product does not have the pipe for cleaning carpets and I am not going to clean a 2mx2m carpet on my knees - arrange for a return. Photos and reason asked. I said misleading advertising. Ok, refund approve - please return product on your cost and a handling fee will be deducted for the return.

i have been struggling from 28 October 2025 to get a esim registered on my apple watch. I have been to a store numerous times. Tried calling 135 and was told they don't handle esim. I have been to Devonique Fry at MTN Garden Route Mall in George 3 times now and she has escalated it but she has now ignored me since 20 November 2025. How do I registered my Apple watch on the MTN system?
I have a RCS account for years and in August paid it off. I made a little more than the outstanding balance and asked for the credit to be paid back. Got a respond that it wil be paid back in 7-14 working days. Nothing happened, but RCS has kept charging me the R69 monthly fee. My credit has gone from R309 to R107 after contacting them again and requesting my original credit again. I need a response on this.
Horrible service, I am trying to claim a broken washing machine since last week but was now given a long list of videos/photo's etc. I need to send in after giving a full damage report. This after paying extra for Electrical/Mechanical breakdowns.
I just noticed that my Contract has increased - all costs have increased - what is the point of signing a contract for a fixed price at a fixed term if you are going to increase it????
I requested a new deal on 27 Oct 2020 for Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (1GB for R199) and received an email with ref no: B8ORJ3 and received a confirmation call for the order and told that I can expect it in 3 days. I didn't hear anything and called again on Friday 6 November 2020 and was told the consultant will call me - still waiting. I called again on Monday 9 November 2020 and was told that the order was cancelled by RAM and they will order an emergency delivery from RAM and that I will receive communication from RAM, still waiting. I called again yesterday and was told the device is now on backorder. I asked if there was a way that I can change the device over to Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1" and was again told the consultant will call me - again nothing happened. The online department is really not up to scratch. Do you not want to make money?
My debit order came back as they debited on the 28th after asking to change the date to the end of the month. I then paid it on 31 July Now they are asking me a fee of R100.88. This is ridiculous
