I have been trying for a month now to get a spare circuit board for my Milex Nordic Ice maker. Backwards and forwards with requests for fotos etc, and nothing but excuses from the agents Homemark. My request is simply for them to provide a price and availability for the circuit board required. All they can come up with is “We have escalated this matter to our spares team and they have advised that the unit be booked in for further assistance. We do apologize for the inconvenience”. I do not need an assessment. The circuit board is severely corroded, particularly the traces. Whether this fixes the problem or not, it needs to be replaced and I will take responsibility for this. By the responses from them I take the view that they do not have the spares and merely wish to hang this out as long as possible, forcing me to give up. Poor service from Homemark, which reflects badly on the manufacturer.
I recently posted on Hello Peter my dissatisfaction with the disgusting service from the Nimble group. After my review, and their subsequent acknowledgment thereof, they sent me an email advising me that they would send me a message via Mimecast with the following statement: "The first time you access it you’ll be asked to enter your email address and create a password" You can view your message at any time afterwards in our Secure Messaging service This was a week ago. They haven't sent me the secure message yet.
I have sent an email five times now requesting a full and concise statement of account for a debt of mine that they are dealing with. The only response I get is an automated answer asking "How can we help you". This, even though in my emails I state fully exactly what I want. I am now tired of this and want a reaction from a competent individual who can help me. Not a system driven puppet.
<p>After initial contact, Yevaan promised three times to be at my premises to diagnose and repair my vehicle, giving time such as "Manoj will be there tomorrow at between 9 and 9.30". "I will personally be with you Saturday first thing". When trying to contact him to see where they were, didn't answer or declined my call. Never gave feedback and simply made promises promises but never delivered.</p>
I am being harassed by operators regarding non payment on a home loan which has nothing to do with me. I have explained to the callers many, many times that I am not the person (Mr Fischer) that they are asking for, and that I have never had a home loan with them, and never will. Fischer's number has obviously been inputted to their system incorrectly and even though I have explained this, they continue to harass me.
