Homemark and Milex stole my money. They sold me a juicer, in a month it started jamming, they took it and said they replaced the motor, in about a month they took it again and I said I want my money back because I can't do the back and forth. They kept it for months and months and when I eventually enquired about my money they said the warranty is finished. This juicer spent it's whole warranty period in their possession and even today it's still in their possession. They are *******, they have the product and my money and I want my money back. I have done research and got advise so next week I am going to the SAPS to open a ***** and ****ming case. They rob us of our hard earned money and come with stupid excuses. I think the media would also be interested to entertain this because this is day light *******. They are ****** together with Homemark and I will put the same review for home mark. Run away from these two companies, they are only here to **** an already struggling society in this country.

Paid on the 30th of January at 08:45, they use FNB and I paid from FNB. My payment has a reference till today my services are not connected. From Friday they have been telling me about re-escalations. Their Agents pie, their seniors lie and they all say the same thing like a rehe****d speech. In twitter they do copy and paste responses. They say they will call back in a few minutes and I wait for hours, I call and they say the same thing. The last promise to call was more than 5 hours ago from a guy called Zane who also came to say a rehe****d speech. Its more than 5 hours and he still hasnt call. If I hadn't paid already I would seek another service provider. So if yiu are looking for wifi run as far as yiu can from rain. No wonder they have such bad comments and reviews. They hire agents some of which dont even speak or understand English properly, they talk like robots.
My Rides with their Marketing Division called Rides Plus is the best thing that happened to this country and Africa as a whole. Since I joined and became an affiliate I have been paid every week on my commissions earned. I withdraw on Thursday and on Friday money is in my account. Their model is based on empowering all financially. This is our break through. I want to say thank you for the founder of My rides South Africa's new eHailing company that gives back to Society. Life will never be the same again.
I brought a juice at Centurion Mall. In less than a month it started overheating and had to wait for it to cool down before using it again. I took it in and after some time they they brought it back and said they changed the motor, I had it for another month and it started doing the same thing. I took it back and told them I want my money back because I cannot be going up and down with this s**** of a juicer, I don't want them to fix it for me I just want my money back. about a week later they called and told me to come and get it. I told them I don't want it I want my money back. The guy said they will not give me my money back and it's either I take the juicer or get nothing. Since then it's been months and they still haven't given me my money back. I don't want that nonsense and useless juicer I want my money back.
These people have been ripping me off the longest time. They are crooks. If you are buying property or even to let and it's managed by impact DO NOT go to that area. Find another. They are the worst crooks. They bill water to huge amounts. Where have you heard water for a 2 bedroom apartment costing over R800 and when you buy electricity you do not get the number of units worth that amount they take some of your money. They disconnect your electricity even if you have paid with a direct deposit into their account so that it reflects immediately and this is not even payment for electricity it's for water and they deactivate your prepaid so that you can't buy electricity. They are the biggest crooks in the country and support service stinks, it's like they were all breastfed by the same mother or they are programmed robots because they never give you answers and they say the same thing.....ma'am I don't know, ma'am maybe you should send an email. They are useless.
Their service sucks. It's always down. The last straw is when it was down since yesterday morning. Cell C logged a call on my behalf and today when I do a follow up their technical support tells me it will be resolved in 5 working days. I mean 5 working days for a service am busy paying for. They are in Centurion, I am in centurion I could practically jog to their offices but they are telling me about 5 working days. Their support sucks, so if you want to get connected at home check other service providers and forget about Metro fibre.
