Impact Meter service is the worst service provider for a key service. I paid for my water bill and did not send proof of payment considering that its the same bank and the reference number is accurate. Impact disconnected my account and demand that i pay a reconnection fee. When I send a proof of payment reflecting payment before disconnection, they told me that I should have sent the proof of payment before they disconnected. When a customer produces a proof of payment made prior, this should account for the system update. And they do not care, you either pay because they qrw a key provider or you are stranded. I have 2 accounts (for one I am an owner and a tenant in th3 other and the rules are not consonant). As an owner, treatment is very different and good irrespective. It is so sad because the majority of their clients are tenants.

I stay alone and hardly at home,my bill is usually less than R400,…..from January and February my bill went to R940 without any explanation,call centre agents hang up your calls,when they do answer they can’t give you any answer….impact meters is the worst

Avoid if you can their service is shocking, I have been 5 days without electricity and they don't have a care in the world. I am treated like a second class piece of *******. Cut me off twice, while trying to resolve the problem. Communication is slow and disjointed.

I opened an account with Impact meter Services planning to move to an apartment in Centurion that they manage and I however were unable to move in to the apartment. I signed the contract one of the clause in their contract clause 18a clearly stipulate that as the new account holder for your service to be activated you need to pay a deposit prior then the services will be activated since I never moved to the apartment I never payed any deposit as it was required to my shock I was hit with a + R3800 service bill for the services that I never use and I was told this is the usage for the month of July to August. I have been trying g to resolve this matter with then since last year now I've been told by them that my file is sent to Credit Intel whom I should now engage with when engaging with Credit Intel they refer the matter back to Impact whom also send back to Credit Intel it's been a ping pong now with no one able to answer my question on the activation of the service was their contract clearly stipulate that they need deposit for them to render services to their clients now this credit Intel hits me with a new bill of now R4800 ignoring all my questions on this matter.

Terrible customer service. They take longer than 24hrs to respond. They have no technicians on site always and they are just plain outright rude. If your complex/estate, I suggest yall run early before they **** customers. Biggest ****mers of note

I'm not sure if the staff needs further training or if the company needs new staff altogether.. I've never seen such incompetence from a service provider. All I need is a transfer from one Unit to the other (Same Estate) but I'm being taken from pillar to post with the TRANSFER.. all required docs were signed & sent but no communication whatsoever, I've been without water for 5 days. I've been calling over 5 times daily but the unresolved issue persists. Lack of telephone etiquette from the staff, treating customers fairy is just a concept in this organization. Awesome service is definately not in their radad or books oh but when it comes to billing ? They're as quick as light.
