Absolutely disgusting service! Bianca from Impact has ZERO customer skills. Had to go back and forth for over an hour before the problem was resolved and all it took was 2 minutes to fix the issue. Requested to speak to a manager which was denied by staff for over 30 minutes until eventually being transferred to the manager, however I must say the manager was a lovely person to deal with.

I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of Impact Meter Services regarding an excessive charge app**** to my account. A debit order of R330 was not successfully collected, and I settled the amount immediately upon being notified. Despite this, an additional charge of R250 was app**** to my account. I queried this with their credit control department and specifically requested: Proof of the alleged “bank charges”; or Confirmation of where this fee is provided for in my debit order mandate or agreement To date, they have refused to provide any proof or justification for this amount. My debit order mandate only authorises: - Recovery of amounts due and owing - Bank transaction costs It does not provide for arbitrary or excessive penalty fees, especially not one amounting to nearly 75% of the original bill. Furthermore, my bank had already charged me for the failed debit order, I acted in good faith by settling the account immediately(within 5 minutes once notified) and the fee appears punitive and disproportionate I have been requesting that Impact Meter Services: - Provide clear, written proof of how this R250 charge is calculated, OR - Reverse this unjustified fee. To absolutely no luck, I am so disappointed in how they've proceeded to handle this.

I reached out to try sort out an account. That too because I suspected something was off. In the interim they never once sent me a bill, called on my phone number. And after I reached out, they said they will investigate. Instead, the decided to hand me over to debt collectors. So unfair.

Impact meter services is charging me a water bill of R11500 for 23 days for no leak in my property, but a fault of the water meter system. This problem went on for 2 months therefore a higher bill is still to come. Is it not the municipality's responsibility to maintain the meter reading system?

Avoid at all costs! They charged me an overdue account fee after confirming that they had received my documents to open an account but their staff didn't process the application. They charge you for their staffs incompetence. Their agents ... one more useless and rude than the next. If you ever have to encounter Tumo or Eldene, I feel terribly sorry for you.

Avoid any company using them as service providers. Customer service do not exist. Emergency line is non-existent, they will respond 24 hours after your emergency They are constantly finding new ways to collect your money. They do not return calls even when they are the problem. You can spend all your airtime waiting on them to answer.
