IMPACT METERS- DISGUSTING SERVICE!
Absolutely disgusting service! Bianca from Impact has ZERO customer skills. Had to go back and forth for over an hour before the problem was resolved and all it took was 2 minutes to fix the issue. Requested to speak to a manager which was denied by staff for over 30 minutes until eventually being transferred to the manager, however I must say the manager was a lovely person to deal with.0 replies
