Useless and rude!! They charge you for their mistakes!!
Avoid at all costs! They charged me an overdue account fee after confirming that they had received my documents to open an account but their staff didn't process the application. They charge you for their staffs incompetence. Their agents ... one more useless and rude than the next. If you ever have to encounter Tumo or Eldene, I feel terribly sorry for you.0 replies
