Don't rent from Surebuild Project Management (Francois Cloete)
The owner Francois Cloete who rents houses through this company does not want to refund interest accrued on the deposit for the rentals. It is clearly stipulated in the lease agreement that interest is accrued for the benefit of the tenant and the owner must invest it in an interest bearing account. Unfair credit practices
I reached out to try sort out an account. That too because I suspected something was off. In the interim they never once sent me a bill, called on my phone number. And after I reached out, they said they will investigate. Instead, the decided to hand me over to debt collectors. So unfair.0 replies

Claim was by PathCare for in hospital blood tests. My plan is meant to cover it. But these clowns don't want to. Without any good reason.
