World class service from Zelda Strauss at Lazarus Ford Centurion service reception. Fast, friendly, professional and going above and beyond accommodating me at the 11th hour. Thank you Zelda.

We bought a new Kia Sonet from Lazarus in August 2025. Everything regarding the sale went swimmingly and we were treated like gold. However, when problems started to show themselves within 2 months of sale - like a shutdown of the electronics - climate control stopped working, took it back - "just a fuse". Within an hour of getting it back, the climate control went again. then back and front wipers and then headlights. They went silent. KIA Randburg were the ones to respond to our call and they sorted out our problems. To this day, not the Dealer Principal nor any of the staff who were emailed at Lazarus have responded to situation . So my warning to any buyer - caveat emptor! Let the buyer beware! They will sell but the after sales service ..... mmmmmm. We certainly will not be back. KIA Randburg came through on a vehicle that was not even their sale and took care of the problem for us.

Great service from Peter and Victor in sorting out some damage to my MG after a minor accident. It's December, most repair options are closed, and they managed to arrange the correct parts and a repair in under a week, and just in time for me to take my first long trip in my MG. Thank you!

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by David for my Beijing at BAIC Centurion. From the moment I stepped in he didn't try to hard sell me but more understand my needs. I'm also in sales so I HATE a hard sell. I'm a young simple mom who has a Picanto for waaay too many years and it was time to upgrade. He was careful and considerate, answering in detail something as simple as the cost of a tyre because I infact have been in a situation where 3 tyres were slashed at once. He was careful in making me understand that everything will now be bigger. This I felt was excellent customer service and going the extra mile. I was strongly in love with an Omoda and that was my first option but the way David walked me through everything aswell as then finding a car with in my price range, I could not help but know for sure I was meant for a Baic over an Omoda. I feel very blessed to have crossed paths with David. If he is ever up for a raise or promotion please let him be first in line as he is truly exceptional! I love my car David and you have helped me make my parents very proud of me!!!

Excellent service !!!Masueelah was extremly efficient and Yasmin was very quick and helpful with the Finance process for my Foton Tunland D/c. I was extremly impressed with how easy the finance application and trade in process was with Foton Centurion as opposed to the other dealers I approached. I shall highly recommend Foton Centurion if you want awsome deals
