I recently bought a matress topper via Homemark website, upon delivery found that the packaging of topper it was vacuum sealed and folded instead of rolled, which left a huge bulging creases on folds and was oversized for standard bed Queen. Logged a return, then told I have front the payment for courier return from CPT to JHB, costing me R990 almost half the price of the topper. I would not recommend them to anyone.
I recently sent a package from Cape Town to JHB. Online the estimate was around R315 as quoted per 9kg weight, which was a little more than providers. I opted to use them. By my surprise I an additional R670 the next day, once package was collected. Turns out they charged me for 67kg volumetric weight instead of the 9kg that the package actually weighs. They take the greater of the two, which is not clearly stated on thier quotes.
DON'T USE THEIR LICENSE RENEWAL ONLINE SERVICE. It is such a con. Was promised 5-10 working days for delivery of my license. They happy take your money, poor poor service, It has been 4 Months and it still just says processing. There is no one to contact and when you lodge a ticket you get a auto reply ,submitted to Authorities. Note to customers avoid this service offering, just use the eNatis system or a different provider.
