I am still awaiting feedback regarding the rear spoiler claim that was lodged in September 2025. It has now been approximately six to seven months without resolution. I have made several follow-up calls, However, I have not received any updates or communication regarding the progress. Could you please advise on the status of the claim and your expected turnaround time for resolving this matter?
I bought a bin from them, where they did the measurements and did not include the lead. The bin cannot fit and I request an exchange they decline with no reason. When I request reasons they tell me to deliver the bin at Jhb. I did online, surely that means I couldn’t drive to the store. Why must I physically return an online order. When I logged the return they deducted R200, what is that money for if I am driving the order to them. This is really stressing and poor service
I complained that they not giving me service as paid and expected, I am forced to handle my own legal matters and because of them the process is on stand still, requested documents that I need for the process to move. Today is 14 days I am still waiting for proof that they did sent documents. That not how they serious. They respond to my complaint say I must give customer care my ID. This is pure F* off

I requested for a two bedroom storage size and they gave me a unit that is half a bathroom. And when I enquired they telling me inventory, when I called I was specific to say this are the big items then boxes and plastics. They requested extra450 From me for an extra unit. Run if you can. How long does an accessor take. I need timeframe, every time I call I have to spend more airtime because I am explaining from the start😡😡😡
Confirmation Message *Business Name:* I have 3 claims with MiWay that they have not paid, they did an accessment for 2 same accidents and both end up costing them 4000 and 6000, this accidents are both for two tires for mercedes CLA. The other claim have been hanging since last year. They wanted to pay 3000 and I complains that it can’t be, that is not even an amount for one tire. Then they said my insurence is maximum 5000 per pay, I must submit a quotation I did. And they come back with their assessment said, then what was the purpose of requesting a qoutation. No reassessment done, their employee dealing with my claims is so determined for me not to be paid, he even told me the premium is 99 what was I expecting.
I called this morning to cancel my policy, they decide to cancel it immediately and process refund. Should I did not look at the email, I will be thinking I am covered while someone divided to put me through so much risk. After that I called and they open a new policy for me instead of re-instating my policy. So much disrespect and no integrity
