Sinuses Khumalo caused me a great deal of inconvenience and wasted time. Noma Tshabalala sorted my claim out timeously and with a great deal of patience and professionalism, after being sent from pillar to post for a whole week by other agents at Discovery Insure call centre. The assessor they allocated me did not authorise my repairs with the service provider of my choice within the area I reside in but chose to send me to a panel beater of his own choice (more than 25km away) without checking with me.
