R0 debt collected in 1 year

The company collected R0 of debt in a year. When I wanted to cancel (12 days after the annual auto renewal) they insisted on charging me a 3 month cancellation fee. I had more communication with the company when I tried to cancel than I did in the whole year I was a customer.
