Accountability pty Ltd lack of competence
I was listed based on an invoice billed for period 01/10/2025 to 30/09/2026, what a **** and how dare. I sent all communications from old parks soccer club advising invoice can be settled earlier at convenience, to my surprise by March I'm listed as defaulted, what does default mean? Next thing after invoice boom letter from these *********** company that I defaulted, pls clear my name ASAP other I will resist 100 times until everybody knows about your company, they are alleging they sent formal communication on the 14/01/2026 advising me of which I dont have the email, I requested over 100 times for them to provide that email sent to me on the 14/02/2026, no answere, hiw dare can one send a letter advising defaulting even before expirely date of invoice all well, watch out with ACCOUNTABILITY PTY LTD working in conjunction with OLD PARK to destroy people.

NOT THE BEST CHOICE. USE SEARCH-WORKS RATHER
WHAT A LOT OFF **** THEY TALK. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU SERVICE AS U PAY FOR IT AND YOU LOSE MONEY IN THE PROSE BUT THAT IS NOT THERE PROBLEM. YOU TERMINATE YOUR BUSINESS WITH THEM BUT THEY DO NOT GET BACK TO YOU, THEN YOU STOP YOUR DEBIT ORDER AND THEN THEY ********* YOU TO MAKE YOU PAY THEM. GOT BETTER SERVICE ON SEARCH-WORKS AND YOU PAY WHAT YOU NEED AND DO WITH THEM

R0 debt collected in 1 year
The company collected R0 of debt in a year. When I wanted to cancel (12 days after the annual auto renewal) they insisted on charging me a 3 month cancellation fee. I had more communication with the company when I tried to cancel than I did in the whole year I was a customer.

They will destroy your credit record for their fraudulent clients
They are quick to put a bad record on your credit record even when you dispute that their client Rentoza is defrauding you by not processing your insurance. They are not too quick to remove that record on payment, 6 months after the fact.

so...last month my home was broken into, the device was stollen, I got an insurance quote from Santam for a replacement. I paid the excess, I got a new device, I paid my normal monthly instalment....today I receive a letter of Demand from Accountability for the full amount of the device that was stollen, and threatening to list me on the bureau's. I sent Accountability and Rentoza ALL the correspondence in this matter since the date of the theft. I wonder if you people know the can of worms you just opened. You also do not answer you phones or your whatsapp...so how do we get in contact with you, this is PATHETIC. I can't wait to send all this stuff to my lawyers. Rentoza do not answer their phones, Accountability send me the notice of demand conveniently when their business hours close. So I can not get in contact with Rentoza or Accountability. I emailed both parties all the correspondence, including the claim form and the payment for the excess and the usual monthly payment for the new device. TRUST ME, DARE TOUCH MY CREDIT HISTORY PROFILE, I WILL GO THE FULL LENGTH IN THIS MATTER. GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT

Dont investigate matters.
This company just list any person without relevant proof. FM Solar have issued invoices against us for services that was done while owner was working for us. Future dated after he left our services. My opinion fraudulent. But still accountability is entertaining his claims.

Unscrupulous Operators
Louis Du Plessis of Accountability Solutions Pty Ltd decided to list me as a defaulter despite the fact that the proof is there that his client caused the death of my one pet, and the serious health issue of my other pet. We came to a decision with the vet in charge, but they have done nothing except try and play this G.... attitude to destroy a persons credit status on the credit bureaus. This same Louis Du Plessis stated clearly this morning that nothing will be done as a dispute is in place. But it goes to show the total scruples that this man and company has to offer. They need to realise that they need to get both sides of a story before trying to act as judge jury and excecutioner. I have proceeded with full legal action for the damages and loses caused by these people and the vets. They are also being reported for negligence to all the respective councils. People need to be aware of their rights. And do not allow unscrupulous companies to play games with them.

Accountability Debt collections
the debt collection process is fruitless and a waste of time. They spam debtors with emails and calls without actually engaging in proper legal collection. they require a 17% payment of funds recovered for this service. most debtors do not even bother to respond to their empty threats of legal proceedings. we have 6 clients which was handed over more than a year with R0 payments coming in.
