so...last month my home was broken into, the device was stollen, I got an insurance quote from Santam for a replacement. I paid the excess, I got a new device, I paid my normal monthly instalment....today I receive a letter of Demand from Accountability for the full amount of the device that was stollen, and threatening to list me on the bureau's. I sent Accountability and Rentoza ALL the correspondence in this matter since the date of the theft. I wonder if you people know the can of worms you just opened. You also do not answer you phones or your whatsapp...so how do we get in contact with you, this is PATHETIC. I can't wait to send all this stuff to my lawyers.
Rentoza do not answer their phones, Accountability send me the notice of demand conveniently when their business hours close. So I can not get in contact with Rentoza or Accountability.
I emailed both parties all the correspondence, including the claim form and the payment for the excess and the usual monthly payment for the new device.
