I am a bit disappointed with FNB. I got a Credit Card that was *****ulently opened over 10 years ago with over R17 900 in arrears. Now, I want to investigate this card, I get sent the papers and documents to show I opened it with my id, but, that is not my signature and not even my hand writing. FNB has taken over 3 months to reply then again I waited for a reply to no avail. When I went to FNB in September 2023 to "OPEN" an account, I was informed that I "ALREADY" had a profile with them....so I queried it and found out there was this wonderful credit card in my name, I had to have my salary going into FNB, so I continued to proceed with my account opening, so, it has been since September 2023 that I am trying to get some headway with FNB. Now, I personally bank with FNB, my salary goes in there and they can not assist me on time and when needed. I also want to know, 10 years ago, how could I possibly have qualified for a Credit Card of R17 900 when my salary was like R6000 a month...huge shocker there. That is 3 times what my monthly salary was over 10 years ago, how can any financial institution even consider giving someone something like that? The proof is in the pudding here, there is no way I could ever have afforded that R17 900 credit card, and no way I'd ever be able to qualify for that with a R6000 a month salary. All I want is someone from FNB to follow correct procedure, this has been prescribed 3 times over, I never, in over the 10 years ever got a summons, legal action or even an email from FNB for this card, so how can this be over looked. Can someone from FNB get back to me, because your legal department does not know how to reply back to personal banking clients.
My home was broken into. Allot of my items ******, besides the Xbox from Rentoza. I paid R2099 fee for a replacement device, they tell me it has been rejected and I am not getting my R2099 back and I must still pay the reminder of my subscription duration till the end of the year. So they promised me a replacement device if I pay R2099.00 and my subscription will continue as normal. Now they took R2099.00 from me, and still expect me to pay R580 for 6 more months. I want a Manger and a representative to call me or I will be taking this further. You can not promise me that when I pay the R2099 excess fee I will get a replacement device and then tell me you reject my claim. Yous are *******. And I have my police case number and documentation. *******
In May I disputed two very old accounts on my credit profile. I provided Experian with more then enough evidence to support my dispute to have them removed and I had paid up letters dating back to 21 January 2021. Over a year ago it was supposed to be sorted out. in July it was finally removed from my profile for about 10days and then came back on, the issue with this was...it dropped my credit score from 690 points to 545 points. I went from an excellent score to a score so bad that I got declined for everything. I had resubmitted everything since the 06 August 2022 again to dispute the listing and to date, Experian and the NCR have done NOTHING to fix the issue. I am sick and tired of trying to call their call centre and head office in Stellenbosch, because no one answers and no one responds to emails. On the 19 July 2022, my Debt Manager stepped in and submitted Form 19 with the paid up letters, I AM NOT UNDER DEBT REVIEW, they are only trying to help me remove those two very old accounts dating back to March 2020. I got a response from Experian, completely ignoring my request to remove the two accounts, rather they reply and tell me I am not under debt review...WHY would I send a dispute to remove accounts?... and I get a stupid response like that to say I am not under debt review. Things are not right here, and I want to know from Experian and NCR what they are going to do to FIX my credit score that was so badly damaged by them re-listing those 2 PAID UP ACCOUNTS. It has been over 3 months now and I am fighting a loosing battle with them. It is ridiculous that Experian and NCR are not responding to my emails. For such reputable companies, they are doing things very wrong. I want answers and I want answers soon, or I am going to go public with this information on ALL social media platforms, newspapers and I will even try radio. I wanted to buy a house this year and I can not even do that...I needed to get my score correct and Experian have completely damaged it in less than a month. I contact the NCR as well, do date, they have not helped me get to the bottom of this as well. I submitted everything I sent to Experian and they have not had the decency to get back to me. They rather sent me a mail AGAIN and AGAIN requesting the same information to be sent and not doing a thing. I thought the NCR was supposed to help protect us against things like this, but no...they do nothing at all about the situation and rather ignore emails and requests.

CASH CRUSADERS FLORIDA So I took my Samsung Monitor into this store to secure a loan. The monitor was tested and working 100% nothing wrong with it. I went yesterday to collect it and payback the loan. I get home and my monitor is not working, I unwrapped it from the bubble wrap and plugged it in and nothing, no power, no picture, nothing. First of all, I noticed how they laid it down on the seats behind the consultant, now we are talking about a R3000 plus, 27" Monitor with built in Speakers (Samsung 27" Full HD, LED Monitor. This is not a TV, it is a monitor. SyncMaster S27B550V. It has 2 built in speakers) Current sale price is R3000 to R4000, I got a loan of R500 for it, paid back R667 and now I got a totally useless monitor worth 4 times the amount of the so called secured loan and I get this message from the franchise. If it was something I did wrong I would gladly accept responsibility for it, but I gave this to Cash Crusaders Florida in 100% working condition and I got it back with no power and it is not even going on.

Got my debt review flags lifted today...off all Credit Bureau's, Experian and Transunion. Thank you to Kavir for assisting me throughout it all. Best feeling ever having those flags removed.
Ok, so I signed up with NDCsa in November 2021. I was told that once everything is in order, in 21 business day I will be taken off Debt review and my flags from the bureau will be lifted. it is the 22 March 2022 and nothing has been lifted, I am still listed and I paid for the service upfront in November 2021. The issue here is, no service delivery, they did not adhere to their company policy and now Kavir (I was told is the Director), is not getting back to me. I have sent screen shots of their policy to them with the messages below, also the exact same "clearance certificates" they send me on the 17 January 2022 and 15 February 2022. it has been 55 business days since this process was supposed to sorted out...I am not even mentioning the WHOLE of December as well. The Director rather tells me to wait another 10 business days (2 weeks) additional, that will take the total amount of days to 65 business days for something I was promised twice over would only take 21 business days. here is my conversation with the Director, name is Kavir - he responded this to me on the 18 March 2022 (I would like to add this is now the second time I was told 21 business days, first time was 17 January 2022 - NOTHING, and then again on the 15 February - NOTHING) - OK sir I'll give yoy two options you decide which suits you best. 1. Give Me til 1 April 2022 to try and resolve this and get the flag removed. If by 1 Arpil It's not resolved then I will do a refund. 2. I'll do a refund for you by Monday and close the matter. I don't want you to wait any longer. Remember given the circumstances you explained I'm offering a refund. I've already completed my part of the process but still I will offer you a refund Here is my reply - Jermaine Fortoen Hi Kavir. I was finding a suitable way to respond to this message. Ok, first of all, you are making it sound like you are doing me a favour by giving me those two options. Let me say that is is a bit disgraceful by even giving me an option where you say you will refund me and close the matter....because you don't want me to wait any longer. Your company is the one who "PROMISED" me in January that it will take 21 Business days for my name to clear with the flags. Not February, Not March...but in January I was assured it will be done. You company policy is 21 business days...not 45 business days and not 56 business days..."21 business days" as given and stipulated on your website and via the agreement made in November 2021. it is now 22 March 2022 and NOTHING has been done, you rather tell me give me till the 01 April to make sure it will be done...not 22 March, not 23 March....you want to make me wait an additional 10 business days from the given and proposed date of 16 March 2022 I was promised that it would be clear. So this is an additional 2 weeks. Let me give you a bit of extra information before we even go on further, from the 03 January 2022 when I told your consultants that the "FEE" to the my previous Debt Review Lawyer needed to be paid, was paid. On the 4 January 2022, I was told by 3 different people at NDCSA that they can see I made the payment and they already requested the file to be handed over to NDCSA. The I was told to wait 2 to 5 business days, which I waited, it was the 11 January 2022, I was then told that everything was in order and I need to wait 2 to 5 business days for the clearance certificate to be issued and sent to the bureau. I got a "draft" copy on the 17 January 2022 and I was TOLD by Jaydean and Veronica and someone else which I was told was the manager by never gave me a name, that "21 business days my flags will be lifted" I waited like a idiot, I even followed up with Jaydean to make sure everything was still in order, I was assured everything was still on track. the 15 February 2022 came (21 business days from the 17 Jan), GUESS WHAT, nothing and I mean NOTHING was done. By this time, my estate agent already told me I was wasting her time cause I assured her I will be clear in that week and I can go ahead with the offer to purchase. Then I was told that they ONLY SIGNED the clearance certificate on the 15 February 2022....so, Kavir, you tell me, what has your company kept up and seen through since the 17 January 2022. So, I gave your company the benefit of doubt and said, ok...15 February, then come 16 March, I will be clear... GUESS WHAT....NOTHING. ANOTHER 21 BUSINESS DAYS. Now my anger is not because I waited, it is not because I started the process with your company...it is the fact that I was lied to on so many occasion and told everything was on track. Now, referring back to my previous message where I had to resort to PAWNING my household goods because like a IDIOT, I was told that on the 15 February 2022 I would be clear and be able to get credit again, so like a IDIOT, I paid some extra stuff at the end of FEB, now remember, I still gave your company the benefit of doubt that by the 01 March, hopefully something was done, GUESS what, still listed like I was when I started with you. I kept quiet, I waited a bit longer and the 16 March 2022 came and went and I am still listed. Now, it is 3 business days more since then and you want to add another 6 business days (additional 2 weeks). I waited and waited and waited, I was patient, and if you as the director of the company are giving me ultimatums instead of solutions, then the integrity of your company is not well suited to the "VERY" positive reviews on your website and your staff promising a client something that CANNOT be delivered. First of all, I paid for a service which I was promised will be delivered in 21 business days. THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME TWICE NOW. The thing that is most appalling of this, is the fact you gave me those options. Option 1 give you till the 01 April (an additional 10 business days) and "IF" the flag is not removed, you will do a refund. Option 2, "now this one I find most disturbing" you will do a refund for me on Monday (Monday being a public Holiday) but, you will do a refund but close the matter???????? So where does that leave me? YOUR company told me 21 business days from the 15 Feb, so 16 March it will be lifted....nothing was done. (I was told 21 business days twice and still nothing) ...then you tell me, "Remember, given the circumstances I explained, you are offering a refund (are you seriously telling me that you are doing ME a FAVOUR) after almost 45 business days over and above what was promised to me, you want to say you will refund me like you are doing me the favour. You tell me you ALREADY completed your part of the process but still offer me a refund. Your company has so far ONLY got the sheriff of the court to sign and stamp the clearance certificate 21 business days after I was first issued the clearance certificate. You in your own words and via your whatsapp told me it was not cleared, NOTHING has been done, NOTHING has been seen to as promised by NDCSA. Now you as the director of NDCSA wants to give a client ultimatums!!! What you should have done is refunded me in February already when your team made the first mess up, then I would not have had to PAWN my stuff to get by cause I thought I'd be in the clear. What you should have done when I messaged you was offer an immediate refund and still made sure that I was clear before the 01 April as was promised to me by NDCSA for the past 3 months. So, with all due respect to you and whoever else will be reading this, what more do you think I will take? how much more do you think I am able to handle. The company I work for, if we deliver a service and the client is not happy, we refund and we do the job at no extra cost..."IF" it is an error on our side. Now, Kavir, I can send you each and every conversation I have had with Jayden and Veronica over these 3 months assuring me that even after it was all messed up the first time, I will be clear after the 21 business days from 15 Feb to 16 March 2022. I got all correspondence from the 3 January to the 18 March 2022 with myself and NDCSA and still nothing was done accoutring to what was promised to me. You told me you've already completed your part of the process, but when you as the director of NDCSA called the relevant departments, IT WAS NOT DONE, NOTHING WAS SEEN TO, AND THE FLAGS WHERE NOT LIFTED, EVEN AFTER 2 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE 16 MARCH.
