Rentoza destroyed my credit on a phone they claimed was insured but I didn't get the new device. They are quick to put a bad record on your credit record even when you dispute that their client Rentoza is defrauding you by not processing your insurance. They are not too quick to remove that record on payment, 6 months after the fact.

If you start customer facing business, try as hard as possible to end up becoming a company acting like scammer. Rentoza has become one of those company everyone is complaining about on the web because they employ mafia tactics when they want their money but they will dodge you for weeks when they have to provide you a fair service. They are blocking a paid up phone and they took forever to replace my insurance device
