I made numerous calls to Surf4life for a Wifi cable that has been damaged, and i have sent an email regarding this on Monday. I have been following up, but I am told that the technicians are with another company. They will call me. This is the third day waiting with no phone call or communication; they could not provide the contact details of the company that is supposed to come and fix the cables. I am really very unhappy with the service I need assistance as in yesterday as I work from home and I need the services. This is the worst service I have had with these people I am very angry and disgusted as I pay for a service that I do not get

The service is poor as they don't care about customers. You can stay without WiFi for ten days as u logged the complain they will respond by saying they don't know when they will be able to get hold of a technician. I think they are fly by night

If I could give them zero stars, I honestly would. They are the worst service provider! Calling the call centre is a waste of effort and airtime. Do yourself a favour, and spend the extra Rands to get a better service provider.

Lack of support from Finance regarding connectivity!

Surf4life is becoming a major problem for me due to the finance department’s failures. I have tried incredibly hard to resolve these issues with them, especially since my fiber service was cut off two days ago. My service was suspended despite my recent payment. I was told to go to my bank for a refund because the finance team failed to cancel my debit order on February 4th, 2026, ahead of the March billing cycle. Furthermore, I intended to upgrade my line speed, but I was blocked from making any changes on my end. It feels as though I am being forced to stay on an old plan against my will. Ultimately, I had to pay the debit order again just to get reconnected because I cannot afford to fall further behind on my work, and to waste our subscribes! While I initially had high hopes for Surf4life, I am deeply disappointed. The service has failed me and caused me significant embarrassment and professional delay.
