What a ****py service provider, I haven’t had internet since Sunday and when I call to follow up on the incident that I logged, the call center person tells me that they cannot see how far my incident is as it’s sitting with admin and I just have to wait for the day that someone comes to my house😡😡😡 what’s worse is that they make it very difficult for other service providers to install fiber in our area just so that we are forced to stay with them
I am terribly disappointed at Capitec’s service, my brother a transfer to an FNB account however we found out that it was a **** we reported it to Capitec and we were told that the funds have been frozen. We were told to open a case at the police station which we did and submit an affidavit , all of that was done but to date we haven’t received any feedback whenever we call we are told that they are still waiting on FNB for a response mind you all this happened Oct 2025. The experience was terribly traumatic to my brother and we had hoped that Capitec would atleast try to assist but it looks like it does not seem to care as we haven’t even received a single email from them updating us on the case it is us who are always calling and getting the same.
Good day I am writing to relay the inhumane treatment at Klipriver police station. The officers arrested two males on Saturday 4 October claiming that the were travelling in a vehicle that was suspected to be ******. The officers later confirmed on Saturday that the vehicle was not actually reported ******, but the gentleman were still not released. Today is the 6 October the two males are still being detained at the said police station and have not been charged. The station commissioner told them that he is within his rights to keep them there for over 48 hours without charging them. We need to know if any of this is legal and what recourse can be taken to get the matter sorted out.
Surf4life is honestly the worst internet provider …last week we were without internet connection for over 5days…today yet again out of the blue no connection for over 6 hours now
I made an online purchase on the 23rd March and to date I still haven’t received my furniture, I have sent numerous emails but no response, I went in store at Alberton and I was told that they do not deal with online purchases and gave me a bunch of numbers that start with 087 to call but they all don’t work. I have never experienced such terrible service, this whole experience has left me feeling helpless as I don’t know where to go next for me to get my furniture or a refund.
