the debt collection process is fruitless and a waste of time. They spam debtors with emails and calls without actually engaging in proper legal collection. they require a 17% payment of funds recovered for this service. most debtors do not even bother to respond to their empty threats of legal proceedings. we have 6 clients which was handed over more than a year with R0 payments coming in.
