Between the companies such as Russels, Connect Financial Solutions, Nimble, and this Experian SA, they refused point blank to acknowledge from them to rectify the *****ulent activities that was loaded on to my Credit Profile. Experian has on multiple occassions responded saying it will be resolved within 5 days, and still 30 days later, absolutely nothing. Then I get a person who refuses to give their name, and states oh it is not their problem to fix it, they want the proof. Now the proof was sent by the lawyers ADEVOS and Nimble to Experian to remove the ******* that was loaded, and still Experian refuse to do anything. They have in fact even dropped my score even lower. At this stage, I have a full public statement going online to show all evidence, together with voice recordings, emails, screen shots, and more, of the actual *****ulent activities, that they all played their role in this case. Please people take careful note of this credit bureau and ensure you record everything with them and keep the NCR and Ombudsman in contact with all dealings. As they are very *********. Even the basics such as updating of personal information as well, they have not done, despite how many disputes I have lodged stating that their information is wrong. They still have not fixed it.
I am receiving phone calls, sms messages, whatsapp messages, emails, from all and sundry from your place. Your staff do not listen or understand what is being said to them. They continue to threaten and harass me continuously all hours of the day and night. They lie by saying I do not respond. I have confirmed proof of every single communication. I also instructed you clearly that this scam of FNB was started by them, and that they need to sort it out. But you ignore this and tell me it is not your problem. I am now hereby confirming in writing that you must stop with all of this, and tell your client FNB to deal with me directly. They messed up they need to fix it. Also by threatening to destroy my credit rating and my name with the credit bureaus is not acceptable. I am reporting this whole matter and all communication to the respective authorities such as the Law Society (lssa.org.za), Debt Collectors Ombudsman, Credit Ombudsman, and all social media outlets to publish this issue of you and the bank. I will ensure that whatever it takes that this issue/scam is exposed and that the authorities deal with both you and fnb. I am curious as to quality assurance. You claim to be Lwazi Pakade. You say you work for GLA. Ok send me a copy of your ID to prove it is genuinely you. A copy of your official work contract showing you work for GLA. A copy of your official legal credentials to be verified. And a copy of your debt collections associations certificate to see that uou are valid and upto date with all your certification and documentation.
I wish to place on record that due to the negligence of the vets Dr Bruggeman and Staff, I have ended up losing a Pit Bull Girl who died tragically last November. The same vet also treated my Yorkie, for which they kept on saying it is Pancreatitus and despite asking many times to please test and check for diabetes they refused. Ended up that the same Pup in actual fact had full Diabetes and had lost her eyesight totally because of this failure to pick it up correctly. Then the account that this same vet is arguing about now and went and listed me as a defaulter for, is due to the numerous so called hospitalization and tests for the "Pancreatitus". If they had done their job properly in the beginning, then both my pets would have been healthy or rather 1 with diabetes but healthy and the other at least alive. The total dealings of this vetenary practise and its staff with its derogatory demeanor in dealing with people makes it a concern why they are still practising. I feel that yes I am at fault for not paying this account in time to their liking, but it will be paid. But it is no need for a practice to operate on the edges of harassment and negligence. The loss of my Pit Bull Girl was a hard loss as she was a service animal in the sense she was helping me to get through the loss of my Father. So fine, Dr Bruggeman you may have succeeded in trying to destroy someones credit rating or name by your games. But I hope from my side that someone has the decency to walk away from you and go to someone who does have the decency to operate and look after animals. Sorry I may sound very disruptive here, but this issue has been a very difficult one to deal with and even considering that for the alst 18+ months I have put nothing on account, except for the issue with the diabetic dog, everything else was cash. And they even refused to accept cash payment for this same dogs insulin medication treatment. I am waiting for their response as my attorney will deal with this issue they have created.
Louis Du Plessis of Accountability Solutions Pty Ltd decided to list me as a defaulter despite the fact that the proof is there that his client caused the death of my one pet, and the serious health issue of my other pet. We came to a decision with the vet in charge, but they have done nothing except try and play this G.... attitude to destroy a persons credit status on the credit bureaus. This same Louis Du Plessis stated clearly this morning that nothing will be done as a dispute is in place. But it goes to show the total scruples that this man and company has to offer. They need to realise that they need to get both sides of a story before trying to act as judge jury and excecutioner. I have proceeded with full legal action for the damages and loses caused by these people and the vets. They are also being reported for negligence to all the respective councils. People need to be aware of their rights. And do not allow unscrupulous companies to play games with them.
FNB enjoys in destroying peoples scoring and reputation. I had both a business account and a personal account of which I closed both. The one was closed successfully but the other one they did not. Despite the fact that I had all the confirmation it was closed, fnb decided to hand it over to lawyers to harass, threaten, phone at all hours of the day and night. When I was trying to sort it out, the account managers Sonja Steytler, Felix Senwedi, Charlene Joseph, and Ralph Joseph, did absolutely nothing about it. However they hand over my personal load account as I did stop paying this due to the fact that they refused to rectify the other account and remove all my negative details from the credit bureaus that they listed me with. I also tried numerous times dealing with them via phone calls, emails, even going into the bank, and they did absolutely nothing. Now they are still messing my credit bureau scoring etc around by keep on relisting me over and over on the credit bureaus. I have even reported this matter to the credit bureaus to please assist, but nothing is happening as they say that I must speak to fnb of which they do not respond or if they do respond it is absolute rubbish. The lawyers groenewald lubbe attorneys also are of no assistance as they just keep on telling me to deal with fnb and pay my account. In short, it is fair that they remove all the negativity they caused due to them listing me on credit bureaus with an apology letter, then I will pay the personal loan of which is less than R2000- anyway. Sorry but I am tired of these people acting like economic bullies to destroy peoples lives and business. If fnb does not contact me with confirmation in writing that all the negative remarks and credit bureau listing is removed with in a few days, I will proceed with having these people charged with damages caused. Any advise, stay away from fnb.
MBD is extremely annoying by constantly phoning, emailing at all hours with various numbers and hidden numbers with arrogant people who have no regard for a person or what they have to say. MBD take note I refuse point blank to deal with you. Your clients information is incorrect and if you wish to take the matter further then kindly address it accordingly. But your bully harassing tactics will not be accepted or tolerated in any form. Will the legal ombudsman kindly address this situation forthwith before any further inconvenience is endured. <p>Good Day, Vodacom has numerous times breached their own contract, and basically there is nothing I can do as they claim to be totally above the law. According to their own statement as of yesterday, I owe them for last months account, and then this months is due on the 15th only. However my phone gets totally hardlocked. When I speak to them they say that I am more than 3 months in arrears. Vodacom look at your own information on your statements or do you run 2 or more account systems? When I call in, the people are argumentative and outright racialistic. Sorry that I am White in your books, or that I am Stupid, but really, get your accounts and contracts in order first and learn that the customer is NOT always wrong. If you want to lock my account for being 30 days in arrears, then at least soft lock it. But to do this you have really annoyed me now for the last time. My contract is almost finished, and when it is done, I want my number converted to a prepaid and I will be moving to another provider. Anyone as long as it is NOT Vodacom. So people beware, Vodacom do not keep to their own agreements and contracts. You must realise that Vodacom WILL mess you around. And this is totally unfair. </p>

In my business I have various contracts, which when signing up on the contracts we marked clearly the 15th for payment via EFT each month.<br> This went well for a short while till they started messing around. <br> They insisted we must go on debit order which was a total messup as they tried to take off much more than what was due and then because of the bank returning the incorrect amount they suspended my lines. <br> I paid the correct amount, which they then reactivated the lines, but then instead of allowing me to pay on the 15th of each month they decided on their own, irrespective of their signed contracts, to suspend my lines on the 3rd of each month, without notification or anything.<br> When I tried to sort it out they gave me a whole lot of stories and outright lies.<br> Because it was affecting my business I paid the account to get it reactivated but they charged me a whole lot of reconnection fees etc.<br> Then the very next month \October 2015"they did the exact same but this time I refused to pay until the reactivated my lines"
Vodacom is really F.G Stupid with accounts, considering that they have messed me around since the beginning with this contract. They claim I am in arrears and threaten to suspend and cancel my line, which they have done so.<br> I have been dealing with various people and they all say my figures are correct as per the statement which I drew today on Vodacom's website and I am NOT in arrears. <br> However they still go ahead and suspend my line and refuse to sort their mess out.<br> So really FIX YOUR F>>>>>>UP.
