I was listed based on an invoice billed for period 01/10/2025 to 30/09/2026, what a **** and how dare. I sent all communications from old parks soccer club advising invoice can be settled earlier at convenience, to my surprise by March I'm listed as defaulted, what does default mean? Next thing after invoice boom letter from these *********** company that I defaulted, pls clear my name ASAP other I will resist 100 times until everybody knows about your company, they are alleging they sent formal communication on the 14/01/2026 advising me of which I dont have the email, I requested over 100 times for them to provide that email sent to me on the 14/02/2026, no answere, hiw dare can one send a letter advising defaulting even before expirely date of invoice all well, watch out with ACCOUNTABILITY PTY LTD working in conjunction with OLD PARK to destroy people.
These guys made me see hell on earth for real. I paid R6500, I was promised they will clear my name on the credit bureaus, lift my score nd give me buying powers, all they did was clear my name from prescribed Accs, I was told to pay off certain Accs which I did, tried to ask them to lift my score but no response, the owner Sipho Mona blue ticks my messages, I tried asking them to give me a refund but they are ignoring me. They receive payments yet fail to deliver services as promised. Pls don't use them, its a share waste of time, I will keep on publishing my concern until I get to a few people that are thinking of doing business with you very disappointed I want my money back or otherwise deliver according to promise when you received payment
Dmc is a ****. I paid off my Acc but they have not updated my credit profile with the bureaus. Why should I wait for 1 month before my profile at the bureaus is updated meanwhile you ate already in receipt of the full payment, ridiculous. Profesional companies update profiles within 3 days after settlement. I'm sick and tired of these ******, even just giving me the settlement letter I had to fight tooth and nail, after I paid off sent Pop to them but they refused to send me paid up letter until I fought again, now we here,paid up letter was sent but pls updated my credit profile at the bureaus, I can't want for 1 month after settlement, that's abusive and dehumanizing. You are already in receipt of payment, f....k update my profile.
This company employees *********** employees. Spoke to AYABONGA this morn8ng and she refused to send me paid up letter even after sending her Pop, Siphosethu assisted me. AYANONGA should be taken fir displinary hearing and trained on TCF ( treating clients fairly) she is extremely *********** to handle clients I won't stop telling the whole world until you confirmed she's laid off temporarily to train on TCF. She was very rude, ended conversation without helping me, tried to send her messages for further assistance but she ignored me

Spoke to a very rude consultant Ayabonga couldn't help me but instead cut the conversation. *****sters update my profile and send paid up letter today i paid Acc off last week
Please can I get some manager to call me, I need to expose the ******* the company has employed, your mechanics ***** spare parts, and do outside jobs, one of your employees failed to deliver and I wanna expose him .
Terrible head teacher, Mrs NAICKER. Oh wow, were is the professionalism gone to, she calls me on the phone and tells me Come and fetch your child he is suspended, no courtesy of calling me in to discuss what transpired and give me the decision in a formal way and not calling me and saying your child is suspended telephonicslly, not defending the wrong by the child, the correct and formal procedure of calling the parent in and discussing what transpired and letting the parent know what is decided upon is just the correct behavior to follow. I told her she is unprofessional and rude then she dropped the phone in my ears.
Pathetic employees and not governed by any work ethics. A lady by the name of ALTRINAH was extremely rude to me. I was not happy with her serving a client who got to the garage after I did, when I confronted her she was very rude, arrogant and raised her voice, I told her ******* and she also answered back and said you are also *******. I was extremely offended as a client who supports the business, if I was aggrieved she can not speak back to me and say *******. A client is always right. I tried addressing it with the manager and I regret having had done that, the manager is a very good man who looks well groomed to handle clients but because he was with the irritate petrol attendant ALTRINA it was another level of embarrassing moments were Altrina was screaming and I was also screaming. Bottom line is your employees don't have good customer service. Please world and I will also tell all my friends and relatives to stop using this pathetic garage with Petrol attendants picked from the street to immediately stop using this garage to avoid loosing their integrity by arguing with Petrol attendants. KEEP AWAY FROM SASOL GARAGE HILL Street IN Randburg. Bunch of pathetic petrol attendants are interested in flitting with clients and forgetting to attend to clients on a first come first save basis. Pathetic garage and employees and I repeat, Pathetic indeed.
