Paid for debt clearance service – missed timelines and no communication
Paid for debt clearance service – missed timelines and no communication Complaint: I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I engaged and paid for debt clearance/settlement assistance with the understanding that my accounts would be attended to within the timelines communicated to me. Since then, I have experienced ongoing delays, inconsistent information, and very poor communication. Despite multiple follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp/messages, I have often received no response. When I do get feedback, it is vague or the timeline changes again. At this point I feel I have been given the runaround, and it has left me in an extremely stressful situation. This matter is urgent because I am under pressure from creditors who are calling and messaging, and it is also affecting my household as my mother is involved and equally frustrated. I have done my part by paying and following up respectfully, but the lack of transparency and lack of responsiveness has been unfair and unprofessional.

These guys made me see hell on earth for real. I paid R6500, I was promised they will clear my name on the credit bureaus, lift my score nd give me buying powers, all they did was clear my name from prescribed Accs, I was told to pay off certain Accs which I did, tried to ask them to lift my score but no response, the owner Sipho Mona blue ticks my messages, I tried asking them to give me a refund but they are ignoring me. They receive payments yet fail to deliver services as promised. Pls don't use them, its a share waste of time, I will keep on publishing my concern until I get to a few people that are thinking of doing business with you very disappointed I want my money back or otherwise deliver according to promise when you received payment

I was struggling for a while with unnecessary debt and negative financial status. Bhuti Sipho Mona saved my life. They assisted me clearing my debt,updating my credit score and removing my debt review status within in a month. Pathetic services I have been very patient with them
Worst service ever year 2019 I paid R9000 they said they will help me up till this year they said i must pay R2 500 I did still no help, i must use my own airtime to call them to find to get feedback then they tell you they have loadshedding you Mona and he never I mean never answers but he is quick to tell you to pay

Sipho is a scammer, stay very far away from this company. He is a liar and never keeps to his promises. He will promise you the worl and never delivers and then play games when he has to refund you.

Their service was excellent. Even though sometimes we struggled to get hold of Mr Mona for feedback on how far things are. But finally everything turned well and exactly how we were hoping and wanted. I recommend Pro cute holdings anytime and again and again
