I have never experience such horrible experience from the 1st of October 2024 till today 03/10/2024 They didn't debit my account for my vehicle installment and I have been calling them the keep telling me only one person can assist me and whenever I am transferred there is no one the line doesn't even ring, what if that person dies tomorrow. Now I am getting sms that I missed my payment how when they never debited my account called my bank they confirmed MFC did attempted to debit. My bank confirmed the debicheck was accepted successfully and also MFC see that the debicheck was sent they don't have answer as to why the payment was unsuccessful. I wish I can take this vehicle back now I have to be calling none stop to be debited or else MFC come take the vehicle this is horrible very 1st installment and then this
Worst service ever year 2019 I paid R9000 they said they will help me up till this year they said i must pay R2 500 I did still no help, i must use my own airtime to call them to find to get feedback then they tell you they have loadshedding you Mona and he never I mean never answers but he is quick to tell you to pay
Today another debit went off from my account hence the first money has not been refunded bank to my account. Today I called to ask why the money is not reversed back to my account after unauthorized debit order as per I was instructed I should reflect back last night. Now new consultant says I must go to the SAPS for an affidavit and get bank Statement why was I never told this the first time now that I called after no one called when was I going to know all of this if I didn't call .Its allies the replies you keep on repling here that you called me. I need my money back I cant be transferred to new consultant over and over now they want me to skip work and go to the ASPS. all because of the *********** staff
I have my world account and today morning i woke up there's debits on my account that I don't know off i try to log on the App its not working I'm calling their customer service thier service is down I'm far from the branch now my money is gone.
Scam you get charged R659 for them to pull a report of which you tell them you already have it and soon after no assistance on your credit score they tell you their job is done if you want them to work on our profile you must pay extra R99
Got a debited of R629 from these people the consultant by the name Lungile was the one I was talking to, saying they will help with details to improve my credit score, instead the sent me screenshots on whatsapp of my then credit score of which I made it clear to them I already know this and my accounts are up to date with payments what you need to do is improve the score now after they got the money no one is calling me I must use my own airtime for them to put me on hold for over 20 minutes then hang up. They are working with a guy who is a car sales man whom if this doesn't get sorted I will mention his name and the dealership. I want my money back since you can't assist with anything. I told them i got the credit report from Shoprite for R100 why would I pay R629 for it. This in not the end of it I'm going to put this on national television.
worst bank ever they cellphone app is not working over the weekends until Monday late so that means you can't do any cellphone banking activities, when you go make withdrawals the cellphone notification shows later even 2 hours late . even now 25/10/2021 08;44am the cellphone app is not work gees
I have bought the Premio X83 on 31/03/2021 Johannesburg on the 09/04/2021 the phone accidentally fell with no visible damages, I called Ackermans to see if are they going to fix it they said No since its not technical problem I then said can they send it to their repairers as no one can fix it I will pay they said they don't have any repairs for this Premio. Never have I experience such services why manufacture something that they can't fixed I wasted my money I would advise everyone no matter how beautiful it may look don't waste your money don't. Now I don't have a phone because i used my last money to buy the stupid Premio
