Paid for debt clearance service – missed timelines and no communication Complaint: I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I engaged and paid for debt clearance/settlement assistance with the understanding that my accounts would be attended to within the timelines communicated to me. Since then, I have experienced ongoing delays, inconsistent information, and very poor communication. Despite multiple follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp/messages, I have often received no response. When I do get feedback, it is vague or the timeline changes again. At this point I feel I have been given the runaround, and it has left me in an extremely stressful situation. This matter is urgent because I am under pressure from creditors who are calling and messaging, and it is also affecting my household as my mother is involved and equally frustrated. I have done my part by paying and following up respectfully, but the lack of transparency and lack of responsiveness has been unfair and unprofessional.
