Dear Nedbank, From a potential client that was referred to Nedbank to do an loan application your Groblersdal Mall Branch is pathetic !!! I just visited your Groblersdal Mall branch and was shocked to my bones, that your clients was rejected to ask for assistance. Your clients are provided chairs outside the branch, while there is so many seating positions available in the branch!! I stood in front of a closed door for about 20min, with NOT even one of Nedbank’s service agents attempting to ask me, why I was there. Then one consultant came out to assist her client, at the ATM, on her wat back in while I was still standing in front of the door ! she passed me with not even greeting me. I then stopped her and asked I need assistance, the answer I got was you have to wait. Not even, asking why I was there , just you have to wait!! I then asked to see the manager, and to my shocking surprise was an answer ( sorry the manger does not see clients she is busy) What the hell, kind of service is Nedbank providing to their clients? This is unacceptable !!!!!
Herotell is the most pathetic internet service provider ever.. I will rather make use of telkom than to ever refer or ever make use of herotel again.. I logged 7 queries with herotel in one weekend and still waiting for proper feedback... How useless can you be..
<p>On the 02/05/2017 my wife did an upgrade on her cell number linked to my profile, in stead of her number being upgraded VODACOM downgraded my cell number...and send her a new phone, great...I phoned every client service departement there is in VODACOM to correct the error on there side, and NOT ONE dept deals with my tipe of complaint..so what now??? Nothing now with VODACOM!!! 'Sir please just wait for 2yrs then you can upgrade again, sorry' i was told by an supervisior.. ***!!!</p>

<p>Please find a complaint in regards to BAD service form M&F.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the day 26/07/2016 my Grandmothers bakkie broke down on the schoemans kloof rd, just outside Nelspruit.</p> <p>According the Tracker tracking unit, they were +- 50km from Nelspruit towards JHB.</p> <p> </p> <p>I made a call to my Grandmothers insurance Mutual & Federal, at +-08:50.</p> <p>Myself had to phone the insurance 4 times to find out what is happening. The only company that phoned me, was van Wettens from Nelspruit to confirm that they would take 1.5 hrs before they can assist with a breakdown.</p> <p>I declined this service, as it was unacceptable!!</p> <p>My mom and Grandmother was stuck next to a national rd., woman alone, and had to wait for 1.5 Hrs for assistance.</p> <p> </p> <p>After 2 hrs I got a phone call from a call centre, and to ask if we had been assisted? </p> <p> </p>
