I experienced some problems with my Glucose meter, went out, bought another one and after a while had the same problem. The pharmacist suggested I contact Accu-Check to inform them of my faulty meters. I was expecting (and gearing) for a lot of frustration as customer service is non-existing these days. Well, well, WELL, let me tell you. I was pleasantly surprised! Received a call from Brenda Kgomo and after following her instructions to test the meters, she informed me they will be replacing my faulty meters with a brand new one. I nearly fell off my chair! Totally in shock that fantastic, friendly customer service still exists! Well done, ROCHE (ACCU_CHECK)!
