Unfair advertising
Clarity check was fantastic the first time I used it which was end of last year, now you pay for the subscription and then also have to pay to use it . they get the information you are looking for and then ask to download PDF it and pay a fee. This is unfair and the advertising is misleading.

Useless AccuCheck and mySugr application
So had to download the new mySugr app.... I don't use a Google compatible phone (don't like Google). What a COMPLETE disaster! Get everything from "I'm entering the pin incorrectly" to "You are signing into the incorrect place".... And zero straight answers from anyone with zero assistance.

WOW, wow...WOW!!!
I experienced some problems with my Glucose meter, went out, bought another one and after a while had the same problem. The pharmacist suggested I contact Accu-Check to inform them of my faulty meters. I was expecting (and gearing) for a lot of frustration as customer service is non-existing these days. Well, well, WELL, let me tell you. I was pleasantly surprised! Received a call from Brenda Kgomo and after following her instructions to test the meters, she informed me they will be replacing my faulty meters with a brand new one. I nearly fell off my chair! Totally in shock that fantastic, friendly customer service still exists! Well done, ROCHE (ACCU_CHECK)!

Amazing service and response
I contacted Accu-Chek customer services to esquire about purchasing a replacement lancing device which was out of warranty. Brenda Kgomo responded almost immediately and offered to replace the device free of charge. Definitely 5 star service. I would not hesitate to buy their products in future.

A couple of years ago, is bought and started using the Accu-Chek glucose meter. A short while ago it suddenly packed up. I first thought it was the batteries, but it still didn't work after replacing them. I phoned the company in Cape Town. Before i could even tell my whole story, the lady let me know that she wold be sending me a new one via courier straight away. The next day it arrived and i gave my old meter to the courier to go back to the company. What a great service. Thank you Accu-chek.
