Unfair advertising
Clarity check was fantastic the first time I used it which was end of last year, now you pay for the subscription and then also have to pay to use it . they get the information you are looking for and then ask to download PDF it and pay a fee. This is unfair and the advertising is misleading.

DISAPPOINTING SERVICE RECEIVED FROM FNB AS A CLIENT OF FNB
6320121NF. This is the reference no. Hellopeter has given me. I was sincerely hoping to get service from FNB and compassion. NOTHING. FNB have done absolutely nothing. In actual fact they did not even report according to the records, the ***** with Capitec Bank. They have simply written me an email requesting I get hold of the forensics departments at Capitec and ABSA myself. I called Capitec and they are horrified at the service. They cannot attend to me as the money came from my bank. The accounts were supposed to be frozen according to them. Also this is not helping to find ***** accounts and stop the ***** in South Africa. I am absolutely disappointed at the service. Cindy who heads up the ***** department requested I send the emails where I got no response and subsequently has not even rep****, and her number is not contactable.

***** REPORTING
I have had 2 ***** cases. The first case was not dealt with for a month and then the person in charge of ***** said she just emails the bank involved and they must deal with it. Now I have a case with Capitec Securities that we thought was part of Capitec bank and find it is *****. I send email with all supporting documents 5 November 2024 and no response except ABSA have not responded? No mention of the Capitec deposit and no phone call or proper follow up done. Follow up was done 9 November 2024 after I laid a complaint and then today I get a note today, 20 December 2024 to say ABSA has not responded!!! No urgency to try and gain the money back for your client. The ***** Department and Care do their best but they can only send emails. It is so easy to just fob a person off because no contact can be made with the person dealing with your case?????? Is this a joke?

Bad business ethics
I was recommended to MarketingResults based in Pietermaritzburg to do my social media. They quoted me for all social media. I then accepted for them to begin with my update of my catalogue. Before quoting I sent them the latest catalogue together with the updated pictures needed. They did did not request any further pictures or documents. The quotation had to be paid in full before commencement. After 2 weeks it was evident per zoom meeting that they had not done begun on the new catalogue, and the format they quoted on for the finished product could not be done. (I was emailed that they had done 40% of the design). They then refunded me only a portion of my money paid and withheld the balance!!!! I would be careful of using them.

BAD SERVICE
PLEASE DO NOT USE SAMOVZ OR THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS : MOUNTAINVIEW AND DONT LET THEM loadit!!!! What they do is they make you prepay. You send a list and review it. They day before they advise the movers will be late. You rush around to get a key for the new accommodation in order to enter later than appointed time. They then arrive early and their staff disappear. When they load they drag their feet. You call SAMOVZ and advise that the movers are still loading your small load of a small truck and trailer 4 hours later!!! The truck then refuses to offload all your items until you pay the truck driver R1000 cash or into his personal account. The truck driver and staff have a laugh about who was going to take what items of yours home with them. SAMOVZ are not reachable. The truck driver "Boss" you find out is in actual fact a sub-contractor. She makes the truck keep back items and rides off as you refuse to pay. SAMOVZ then send you an email apologising and confirming they will ensure your items are returned immediately. WHAT A LAUGH. They then say they will collect the items taken but you must pay them R1500 INTO THEIR ACCOUNT. This is extortion. This is theft. SAMOVZ should not be allowed to do business. BEWARE OF THEM. Do not listen to verbal reviews. Do your homework and check out Hellopeter. Do not accept the Facebook reviews. And please do not accept their emails or their point of view. They change the story and know the law better than you!!! They know all the loopholes. You can go civil but will be without your goods and then who know in what condition they will be returned.

Outdoor and Velocity
A huge thank you to Outdoor and Velocity. I have received fantastic service. I bought a Wave Leatherman from Outdoor and Velocity in Somerset Mall in December 2020. I had the leatherman engraved and on collection saw that the engraver had made an error on the date. This could not be corrected. I was devastated and was leaving for London within a few days. The engraving company could not fix the engraving. I then contacted the owner of Outdoor and Velocity and he went out of his way and replaced the leatherman. Thank you for making Christmas for me.
