Busamed Hospital – Modderfontein If you need to go to a hospital, think twice before going to Busamed Hospital in Modderfontein. They hide their mistakes and lie about them. I was in the hospital with Covid 19. I was unconscious most of the time. Date: January 14th, 2021 I regained consciousness for a very short while when laying on my back on the floor in the ward. I must have fallen out of my hospital bed. I heard the three other gentlemen in my ward calling for the nurse. I recall seeing staff members (cannot recall if they were male or female) coming towards me. I then lost consciousness again. They must have put me back in the bed. This was a mistake done by hospital staff as they had not pulled up the bedside bar to prevent me from falling out of the bed. I don’t know when, but when I did regain consciousness, I noticed that my right wrist was now tied to the bed. Apparently, a doctor came to see me, and I told her that my knee was sore. She arranged for a portable X-ray machine. It took my doctor about three weeks to find the X-ray. They had filed it under the wrong patient's name and under the wrong doctor. After physio and acupuncture did not work, I asked the hospital management to investigate the incident and see if they were willing to cover the costs for an MRI scan and the Orthopaedic surgeon. They quite quickly came back to me to let me know that the staff had not reported it in the incident book. (No wonder. They would be in trouble if they had reported their mistake.) Also, no one could recall the incident. I asked to contact the three other gentlemen that were on the ward to ask them what had happened. I was told that one of the gentlemen had already passed away and that they could not reach one of the gentlemen and that they could not find and documentation of the third one. The admin is in shambles there. So according to the hospital management, the accident did not happen there. Full Stop. I have been made out to be a liar. Twice I asked to meet with the hospital manager. I have received no response.
I don't know how many parcels I have lost over the years. All parcels were sent by registered post but never arrived. All were stolen at the airport depot. They are all a bunch of thieving *******s there. For over a month now I've been waiting for two parcels.
What a waste of time and money. Never try to phone Siemens Service Centre. All you get is the automated answering machine and then get cut off after hanging there for a while. I will never buy anything from Siemens/Bosch again.
Last Monday I ordered an electric blanket online. The website told me it would be delivered on Thursday before 17.00 hrs. Guess what? Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock the doorbell rang and the electric blanket was delivered. Fantastic service Takealot. Keep up the good work.

A couple of years ago, is bought and started using the Accu-Chek glucose meter. A short while ago it suddenly packed up. I first thought it was the batteries, but it still didn't work after replacing them. I phoned the company in Cape Town. Before i could even tell my whole story, the lady let me know that she wold be sending me a new one via courier straight away. The next day it arrived and i gave my old meter to the courier to go back to the company. What a great service. Thank you Accu-chek.
LENOVO stop using Part Serve. You can't complain about the service at Part Serve, as there is not any. How stupid can you get????? The 1 month old AC (power) adapter for my Lenovo laptop stopped working. Part Serve won't just exchange the AC adapter under warranty. . They want me to bring the adapter together with my laptop. To check if it is the charger that is faulty will take 3 days. Then they will order a new charger from Lenovo. I wonder if Lenovo knows about the bad service their clients are getting ar Part Serve?????
NEVER buy a Lenovo product. The service is ****. Actually there is no service. I bought a Lenovo Ideapag 330 (laptop) on June 6th 2019. Yesterday July 9th, the AC adapter (battery charger) stopped working. I took it to "Part Serve" in Linbro Park, expecting to swop it around for a new one as it was only one month old. No the lady told me, I also have to hand in my laptop for three days. That means I cant work for three days. Bunch of Manparra"s
